Only the location
Beds were too high. Not enough lighting. Blanket and curtains had stains. Room was not as clean as it should be. Shower had a lot of rust. Outside had trash, cigarette butts and dead bugs everywhere.
2.0 / 10.0
The location was good, close to the beach and some nice restaurants nearby.
The property is atrocious to say the least. There was mold around all of the shower head and the tub in the shower was disgusting. There were still marks of hands on the bedstand from someone who I guess had an amazing night before we came. Also, this bedstand was falling apart. The bedsheets were dirty and there where holes in them. The doors had marks and could use a good layer of paint. Finally, the door in the freezer was missing… how…
We were told that it was getting cleaned, but nothing was clean. So what exactly what cleaned?
And now, along clothes reeks of this apartment. Come on!

The location was great and the front desk staff was really nice.
The ice machines were down and the front desk staff had to buy ice to hand out to guest. The ceiling was damaged and pieces were falling off. The toilet fell like it was going to fall off the base. There was mold in the shower.

An amazing gem. We could walk to the beach. Amanda was kind and welcoming. She did an excellent job with check in!
Nothing. This place is great. A refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of an overpriced boardwalk motel.

Clean room, friendly staff. Very comfortable bed.
Room needs to be painted and bathroom door had damage like someone punched it so it should be replaced. Water pressure in the shower was weak but ok.

Shower was great! You get what you pay for. In this case, not much. Walking distance to family
Dirty floor, ( we asked to have it cleaned, it was still filthy) noisy at night, too bright at night, parking lot slope to curb was a disaster .

The location was close to our activities. The front deck clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
The queen mattress was on top of a full or twin boxframe which made the edge of the matress unusable to sleep without rolling off. The bathroom had areas of unfinished paint and tile under the sink and above the shower head. Our room ( #120) had a crack in the drywall ceiling above the entryway which was approximately 14 inches long and the edges are peeling downward. The water heater was far enough away from our room that at least 35 to 50 gallons of water was wasted in order to get hot water to bathe. Last but not least, there was a live infestation of roaches under the microwave. Also behind the refrigerator there was at least 6 moths worth of dust and dirt, not to mention a previous guest's beverage container laying amongst an array of power cords just waiting to overheat.

There was no breakfast Below all expectations of what I reviewed about the accommodations online. Bathroom was a disgusting disaster. No hot water. Barely warm Thankfully I only stayed 1night. Would definitely “NOT” recommend this hotel

Honestly I really liked how close it was to all sorts of things. The beach is right there, you’re near coffee shops, and restaurants. The room looks really nice and feels very homey. I read a lot of reviews of the staff being mean, but they’re really nice. I feel like if you go up there to get coffee or juice and have a conversation with them you’ll see that too.
The wifi wasn’t great. I think if you want it to be better then you’re gonna need a room closer to the lobby but im not too sure. Shower takes forever to get even warm so if you plan on taking a nice hot shower here, turn it on 30 minutes before you decide to hop in. Other than that it wasn’t all that terrible.

The only thing positive was that we could walk to the water, however, the beach was ordinary.
The staff were rude, room was filthy- my husband found a half eaten donut under his pillow, there was tooth paste on the walls, there were 4 of us but were only given 3 towels, 1 cup and 1 coffee sashes. The first night fireworks were set off at 1pm in the car park and then the 2nd night, someone in the hotel was playing loud music in their room at 4:30am. The room smelt like smoke and the floor was so dirty we had to wipe our feet before getting into bed.
This hotel was expensive and 100% not worth using.

Room was nice and clean and well supplied with useful items. Close to public beach entrance.
The bed was large enough, but sagged in the middle and was too soft. Only thing that really got me stirred up was the Hotel took the payment from my checking account 24 hours ahead of time! I did not have enough to cover the expense. We were paying cash when we got there. Got that cleared up, but I let them know I was not happy! Be careful.
