Exceptional

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They are centrally located in Seaside. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were so comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were amazing after a long day's hike. Next time we're in Seaside, we are definitely staying here again!

Very good

I liked the selection of oatmeal, fruit, and bread. The staff was friendly and responsive in a timely manner. Our room was huge and nicely laid out. This was one of the quietest hotels I’ve been to. The continuous fan option helped a lot. We were right next to the elevator and ice machine and weren’t bothered by the noise at all. We loved the outdoor fire pits.

I would have liked to have had alternative milk such as almond, oat, or soy. I wish our room had a window that opened to let in fresh air as it was pretty stuffy. A kitchen would have been a nice bonus.

We won't be back as we figured we couldnt go wrong with your hotel, but we were wrong

size and remodel of the room was nice.

room smelled like marijauna. staff was subpar. no manager on site. salution for me and my family was to wait for an hour then deal burning eyes from the amount of febreeze used. we had to leave our door open for hours to get our eyes to stop hurting.

Superb

Staff and building were outstanding. Very friendly and modern upgrades. Breakfast was delicious even worth waiting for more good to be made.

Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel to stay at. Would have really liked the hot tub to be operational.

not a good stay, bed was uncomfortable, sheets that didn’t stay on bed as i am now older I will ask if it’s a pet friend

Friend depended on wi-fi for wk. Unavailable for 4 days, she was promised compensation. Very rude check out and due to my Booking.com she would need to speak to B.com and we could not split the cost because I booked with B.com.

It was okay, food was not warm, certain foods ran out quickly. Utensils not available and when I asked personnel for forks they did not respond.

Out of food, room towels were not replaced and Room felt stuffy with poor air circulation. You could hear too much noise from hallway, Had to empty room garbage ourselves.

Dirtiest overpriced room I've ever had

Has nice big rooms and the breakfast staff were very polite

There was long back hair on the white bedspread, the pool was too cold, the sauna and hot tub weren't hot at all and there was skin floating all over. There was hair all around my bathroom floor and food crumbs on the carpet. I paid $437 for a room to be right in town but in no way was it worth that!

Very nice and quiet, it was a good vacation.

Our stay was very quiet and relaxing. The staff was very friendly. Our 3 year old enjoyed the pool very much and the breakfast was good. Also it's only about a 5 minute walk to the main Broadway main attractions and 10 min walk to the beach.

Hard to see cars coming down the street from the east facing exit but that's not a big deal if drivers are careful and watchful.

The staff was friendly, it smelled really good. It was close enough to walk most places.

Breakfast both days was a bust. Although it looked clean our room was not very clean.
