Overall Great place, close to everything, nice ocean sunsets, wonderful breakfast.

We made peace with the management and Vincent us welcomed back with open arms and our special room. The best place to say in Seaside where you will feel like It's your home away from home.

Great location to stay for Corgi day!

Location location location! We love that we can just walk out of the parking lot and be just a few steps from the beach! The breakfast offerings were simple but just right! Eggs, a protein, some potatoes, pancakes, and I believe a couple things you can toast. Oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs several juices to choose from. Very nice!

Amazing would stay again anytime.

Breakfast was amazing so many things to choose from and everything was delicious! Room had a beautiful view and was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect with a trail to the beach behind the building.

I stayed only one night, of which I am glad.

The location was excellent, with a beautiful view of the dunes and the ocean. It’s right on the promenade. It’s right next-door to the Seaside aquarium.

Everything in the room was worn, scuffed, and ugly. The bed was pretty hard. Minimal towels were provided.

Beautiful view at a well-appointed hotel!

We arrived to the most beautiful view, directly out of our room's window! We were also surprised with a gas fireplace that we used to take the edge off the cool room. We were given free taffy at check-in and were happy to be able to purchase firewood with kindling/matches for a beach fire! It was wonderful. Parking was included. The front desk help was there 24/7 and always available to answer questions. We had a fabulous stay!

We had a nice stay for the Dachsand get together, will prob stay there again.

Breakfast was included. Was excellent. Lots of variety. Our room was big and spacious with nice view of the ocean. Loved those cookies they bring out at 6pm. Had firewood for the fire at the beach.

Exceptional

Right on the beach. We could hear the waves and see the ocean from our room. Short walk to many stores and amenities around. Close to tourist attractions. We would stay here again!

we will probably steer clear of this place next time we come to the beach unfortunately. we’ve been coming here for 6 ye

we usually love this hotel! the staff is usually very pleasant. we like the location

this time around the staff was VERY blatantly rude. checking in was fine, it felt kind of awkward like we weren’t supposed to be there or something. after our first night, we decided we couldn’t take the noise from the people upstairs any longer so we reluctantly asked the boy at the front desk if there was ANY other rooms available at all and he acted really irritated with us. the whole time he kept sighing and almost like rolling his eyes and he finally says we do have a room but it’s a pretty major upgrade so I’ll have to charge you. I HAVE NEVER heard of a hotel charging you to switch rooms if you have a good reason not to like the one you got. so unprofessional and rude. we obviously said screw it just charge us because this was supposed to be our anniversary trip and it absolutely sucked.

When I booked I did not know about the elevator. It made such a difference to us, since we are pushing our 80's. The breakfasts were very good. Also the carts to carry luggage.

We found the chairs in the sitting area hard and uncomfortable. We couldn't sit in them very long to look out the window or watch TV.

We greatly enjoyed our stay, would likely stay again.

Free breakfast was FAR more than I expected, it was great tasting and a larger variety than expected! Bed was super comfortable, so I slept well. The room was clean and the view was fantastic.

Wi-Fi was slow and a bit laggy. Parking was not good, the lot is small and if you leave, you likely won't get a spot near the main hotel; however, there is more parking at the other parts of the motel but it's definitely spread out.

It is so close to town! It's such a great place to stay!

The people in the room next door left their dog in the room for at least 4 hours if not more and it barked, cried and scratched at the adjoining door for hours before they came back.

We had an amazing time even though there were gale force winds! Thank you Ebb Tide staff.

The staff was amazing. They answered the phone immediately and could answer all of my questions. The complimentary breakfast was great and they even provided trays to carry your breakfast back to your room. The motel although older was clean and well taken care of. Most of all the ocean view was outstanding. The weather was awful but I could sit inside, warm and comfortable, and enjoy what I came for.

Water pressure in the shower. Wasn't the worst I have encountered but after a swim in the pool it took a bit to get the chlorine out of our hair.

Great place to stay!

The staff was so amazing! Fun, personable and helpful. The room was amazing and had everything we needed. And the beds were comfortable!

The breakfast didn't taste good. The breakfast sandwiches were not very warm and seemed old.

Still a solid choice

Ocean front room was fantastic. Close to the convention center! Newer carpet (?) Very large room Bed was good Breakfast was fantastic Parking was decent (with some exceptions) Decent value for the money considering it was the weekend. Having a separate bedroom was fantastic for guests

Pillows were not very supportive Bed linens had a long hair on them when we pulled back the sheets Shower was so-so, definitely needs updating Outdated room decor

Great location & staff!

Great location. Loved being w/in walking distance to everything. I liked having the small kitchenette and appreciated the partial view.

Carpet needs to be replaced, the fridge leaked and there was a sleight musty smell which made it feel unclean and run down. I’m ok with out dated and the wood paneling actually gave off a nostalgic vibe… nevertheless there was a fan to air the room and plenty of paper towels for the fridge puddles.
