Good location. Looks like they updated their rooms.
Bathroom drain would not drain so the sink had sitting water in it. I called the help number and they said they would come take a look. We were out and about and when we came back the sink was the same. Also, the WiFi kept going in and out and I never had a consistent signal which was frustrating.

There was people up till late across the parking lot having a party

It was cozy and felt like home away from home.
Parking was cramped even with a small car but that didn’t affect our stay.

decent sized rooms
contactless lock box did not work, was almost locked out overnight

The decor was modern and the colors were striking. The beds were extreamly comfortable.
It would have been nice to have a door that separated the two bedrooms. The doorway had no door.

The location was great! Close to beach and entertainment! Quiet neighborhood. Decor was pleasant. Contactless check in was different but liked!
The room was great except for a few little things. No closet or hooks in room. Without a closet hooks would have been nice. The flooring panel to the rest room was broke. The entrance door panel was coming off. It is metal and we had to be careful to not run into it. It would definately alice someone really good. One
Of the table chairs had a nail
Sticking up through the seat. I sat on it! Even with one mi or issues we still enjoyed it!

Coastal look
There is no air conditioning. There was only one fan and one TV in one of the rooms and the other room didn’t have anything when I called Wendy about the air conditioning issue. She hung up on me and tried to say the phone got disconnected when I called her back she did not care that one room had a fan and the other person didn’t get anything. She told me to open the windows for a cross breeze I said I don’t open the windows where I live. Why would I want to open up the windows when I’m here and a unfamiliar place on vacation and my room is right next to a road which people were walking, driving and bicycling by and you could see straight into the room whenever you were laying on the bed
Because there’s not a chair to sit in so when I walked around behind the property, I could see whatever anybody was doing in the room because you had to open the windows so you could have the curtain open. It was extremely hot and when you went to the bathroom area the window is a big window so if you go in and turn on the light, everybody can see what you’re doing so you had to shut the window because it had a frosted window so you couldn’t see when you were Were taking a shower and no one could see it from outside so at night we didn’t want to leave the window open because when you turn the light on everybody could see going to the bathroom so I was very disappointed in this particular place. I’ve stayed in Cannon Beach several times and never had that kind of issue, and basically you paid 280 something dollars and that’s what you got I could’ve went and stayed in my shed in my backyard and been happier so I did not recommend this whatsoever. I also was walking around in my sock feet and my socks were filthy. Everything else looked pretty clean, and then you could notice at the bottom of the door that there was a gap of about a half an inch on the bottom of the door, and there also was an a deadbolt.

It was very clean and the customer service was great! Fast responses. Also it’s close to the beach. Also the prices were great!
I’m glad I had a parking spot but it was pretty tight. But it’s okay.

Beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked. The shower was fantastic.
Couldn't turn the flames on for the fireplace. And the drain stopper in the sink in the bathroom wouldn't stay open.

The decor and layout floor pan we're nice, when we finally got the room that we had signed up for. Loved the Soaps and the shower. The kitchen was nice although the utensils were pretty cheap looking and there were only three plates for four people. It was good that there was somebody to actually answer the phones but we didn't feel that they were really trying to make us have a great day and work with us.
I've written many reviews, and actually normally don't write bad reviews (I have a fair, caring system for that) but you'll see why I did write a bad one here, later. Booking.com is cutting off my review that took forever to write, so I had to come back on here and re-edit/shorten/cram everything in this time. We got a room with a really weird layout (bed and bathroom rt in front of the door when you come in) that was not at all the room that I had signed up for on booking.com and the pictures did not match. I called their front desk and they said they could move us to the room that was actually in the pictures, good- as no one was actually using that other room. After going all the way down to their office several blocks away and getting the key and going back, we opened the door, we were very pleasantly surprised that it was a multi-room beautiful suite we had seen in our photos in reservation. Very grateful and excited, but still wondering why the heck we didn't get the correct suite to begin with? This Q looming over us during our whole stay. Then I started noticing things like there were no hangers AT ALL inside the closets and so we just had to hang coats scarves and other items on the rod itself. They told us "no housekeeping on the weekends" so no extra towels- They gave us 3 bath towels for 4 guests. Finally, the last straw! Usually I give a 4 or 5 star out of 5 for most places and just give some constructive advice in the review if needed. But we had our car totally break down, finding mechanic, etc. and fam members rushing us to leave. So we were trying to fig out what to w/the key, husband had tried the lockbox, wdn't work. So we drove out to return key but accidentally kept them with us! Emailed them write away an hour or 2 later to tell them we can overnight the key back, but they told us they had already charged our acct $150, and already rekeyed it, when the job to rekey should only be around $30-$50.

Very clean, newly remodeled. Had a great 1 night stay

Beds comfortable; shower good, however no hand holes, fairly clean overall
Lockbox for keys hard to get open, almost impossible to put back; took a very long time to get hot water; holes in the bath towels; table with four chairs but no comfortable chairs to just sit; heat only in one bedroom area, gas fireplace in other sleeping area (did not use), no heat in bathroom; bathroom fan only works if light is on; fridge dirty, needed defrosting, didn’t keep things very cold even at max setting; no stove, just microwave in kitchenette; clock didn’t work; no instructions for TV (2 remotes needed); no instructions for coffee maker with pods

That it has a kitchen and very nice shower.
They have no AC and the beds were too stiff. The parking is too small.

The Beachside Inn is a super cute vintage Auto Court that js really close (within 2 blocks) of the beach. The rooms are simple and tasteful, and have most everything needed - except an Ice machine! ;)
The parking is best for small/midsize rigs. Full size trucks/SUVs will need to park on the roadside, in the Inns spaces. Only 1 car per room. A guest had 3 cars for 1 room that wrecked the available parking for others.

The room was lovely and clean. Had a "homey", cozy overall feeling. Quiet. Staff was most helpful; right on target every time I contacted; and were happy to help.
No place to put luggage. Parking is very small and limited. SIgnage to the Inn was not good.

How nice neat and homey the place felt
The lock on the door being that there was an extra door in the entrance. Maybe just have a lock on the door that gos to the unit as well as the entrance

layout, location and price
floors weren’t clean and felt tacky and bathroom needed cleaned better
3.5 / 5.0
Clean and bathroom was really nice
Small!! On the picture we thought we were getting a couch and bedrooms had doors for more privacy
4.0 / 5.0
Nice bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Room very clean.
Perhaps double beds would have allowed more space for luggage, hanging up clothes, etc. Pads for chairs in dining area would have been nice.
2.5 / 5.0
Kitchenette
The floors were sandy, and the bed uncomfortable
