The bed was comfortable.
The staff is absolutely terrible. Horrible customer service, horrible hospitality and horrible attitude. Rude, aggressive and disrespectful. The ENTIRE staff was extremely unprofessional.

The rooms were very clean and offered different toiletries if forgotten during your stay.
There was an incident of another person walking into our room while we were occupying it and had access to our door with a key card given to them by staff, whether it was simply an accident or not that is never okay, staff were not helpful when this was brought to their attention.

Nothing
Very very dirty, I purchased Clorox wipes and Lysol spray to sanitize shower was gross

Staff was kind.
The room, especially the bathroom and shower could have been more clean. They didn’t meet my expectations of cleanliness especially for the room price. Disappointed in that part as there were several stains on the furniture and on the bathroom walls/showers and baseboards.

Friendly staff. Only a short ride into downtown. Good value.
Only complaints were that our room had a chunk of carpeting missing about 6 inches wide from where the carpet meets the tile & if you accidentally stepped on it, it stabbed your foot. I put a washcloth over it during our stay. Also, the bathroom lighting was very dim.

Room was great with lots of space. Good breakfast selection.
Originally booked for 2 nights but wanted to cancel and book for 3 instead, Rocky accused me of making money on the hotel which was not true, just the rates had changed. I found him rude and very unhelpful.

A great facility that needs better management. Room was very good. Breakfast was also very good.
Hotel was dirty. Ran out of breakfast one day 45 minutes before closing time. Housekeeping was poor in the room and even though we put out our card for cleaning it never got cleaned. The people are not friendly, don't know how to talk to their customers, and are very lazy. Tables at breakfast never get wiped but there are no cleaning clothes. Great facility which is poorly run. Young girl at front desk was too busy with her phone to help you calculate your bill for snacks.

The staff was amazing. Rooms were clean. Had no problem getting to the nissan stadium. Will definitely be back. As a single mom, feeling safe with my girls is the most important thing to me. I felt absolutely safe, and my oldest felt 100% safe. Mcdonalds is right there for a quick meal, and they serve an amazing breakfast.
I have absolutely no complaints

Beds were okay.
Mold and dirty bathroom. Carpet fraid and the carpet nailing strips showing through and if walked on pricked your feet. Blood on the carpet. Blood or makeups smeared on the wall in bathroom. The smell in the hallways was of spices or fragrances which burned the nose. Breakfast was a joke, no items to make your own yogurt mix, juice machine not working correctly, coffee tasted like dirt

there was plenty of parking and the beds where nice
what was advertised online upon booking, was not what we got when we got to the hotel. the place was humid also like the heat was running the whole time, there were handprints on the ceiling in the bathroom, the bathtub took forever to drain..the pillows were also so so small. And standing and waiting for the elevators was also very time consuming..

No comment on the breakfast however the proximity to Children’s Hospital was not too bad. First grandchild was being born there and was the purpose for the trip.
Rat droppings in our bathroom. Poor functioning AC. Mildew odor throughout the room. Uncomfortable mattress. Body hair in the bathroom sink unrelated to our family. Warm foods at breakfast were watery and flavorless. Only one working coffee maker for many breakfast customers. Uninterested staff. $200 for all of the above.

The location itself is not so bad, it's 20 both to BNA and city center with Uber. And that's basically it.
Extremely dirty with trash on corrifors for 2 days before getting picked up and swarms of pests. But the worst part is the service at the desk. The man at the counter argues with guests who just entered the premises with Booking confirmation, stating that he does not see anything so either we leave or he calls the cops. This was in fact his first sentence to two polite guys on a business trip entering the hotel in the evening. After our polite request to maybe check with Booking.com staff, he forces us to use our phone (huge roaming costs), then after being called by Booking for Business he puts them.on hold after a minute and goes back watching tv. They called us back to say they never experienced such thing. He did not knew how to properly use card reader, or just faked it, to say that all our cards are not acceptef. Finally, when it appears that we were right, he changes to a polite guy. The Breakfast is like a cheap motel one for European standard. Do not believe the "executive residency" part of the name. Avoid the place at any cost.

Just wonderful hard working people! And great service!
I stayed in a room with a kitchenet, a basic pot, few utensils, and some dish soap would have been helpful. 😉

Staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful.
The room wasn’t very clean, the toilet was leaking. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. The hallways and elevators haven’t ever been vacuumed or swept. Not in a great location

it was in a good location for what we were looking for.
breakfast bar was very good.
seemed very short staffed. Garbage stayed piled up in hallways and seemed like they were not prepared for the amount of people staying there.

The neighborhood was a bit sketch 😳

The rooms were big.
The area of town did not seem safe. The hotel decor was very outdated. The rooms did not seem clean. The check out lady was not very friendly.

Comfortable. Lots of parking and easy access. Big room. Nice bathroom and shower.
Check in building was separate from the rest of the hotel and there was no bathroom in the check in building. Visible construction/remodeling going on. Was obviously not in a good part of town, lots of cops and private security at local businesses.

location was perfect for our trip.
The hotel room was nice, upgraded, and had a fridge and microwave. The humidity in the room was awful; everything felt so wet and cold. We tried adjusting the temperature to fix the moisture in the air, but it did not work. A couple of other things we found issues with was the shower had black junk on the glass door, and the pillows were nothing but lumps. They should be tossed, it’s as if they were wash and just lump together. A huge concern I had was the black and green mold in the hallway, with the bleach stains on the floor from what I can only think was to clean up the mold, but it was so gross, and the elevator inspection sign expired 2021.

It was close to our event.
Pool wasn't open. Room had stains in the carpet. The Air conditioner took awhile to cool the room. The rooms looked nothing like what was advertised on the booking and hotel website

The front desk staff was very welcoming and accomodating
Nothing that i can add here
