Very good apart from let down re anniversary

It was a superb hotel everything was excellent

We were there for 30th anniversary concierge emailed prior asking if any special occasion. I told explained it was our anniversary but they did absolutely nothing I would rather they had not wasted my time asking

Overall a good experience, except for check in and check out

The front desk clerk was not accommodating or warm at all. She lowered the standard of the total experience for the Roosevelt caliber of hotel

Fairly good but wouldn’t recommend or stay again

Beautiful old hotel with Nee Orleans vibe.

Staff - especially check in staff. - attitude bordering on rude and not very helpful Food at the restaurant was horrible - we had breakfast and it wasn’t edible except for the Beignets which were yummy. Rooms need to be modified- could hardly find an outlet to charge devices.

Super Noisy…. It was difficult to get some sleep due to all the noise throughout the night.

Beautiful hotel, friendly, nice staff.

Close to venue, pretty, clean.

Only complaint- the bed pillows. They completely flatten out and I would wake up and have to try to fluff them back up. Over and over again.

All in all, great place to stay when visiting NOLA.

Top flight service from the time we registered to the time we left. Personnel are very high quality, service oriented people.

We tend to leave late in the am. The maid service would say they would come back later, but didn't. We had to requested the room be cleaned most days.

No reply for more than a week, they just don't care about anything beside money

I am trying to get a response from the hotel for more than a week now about cancelation, nobody replied to me, and support of Booking didn't help at all as well.

We only have a few friends that can afford you but we make it a point to tell others your luxury,

The help from the staff arranging transportation from airport to hotel was seamless. Also arranged transportation for Halloween trip that was seamless also. We only come to NOLA for the week of Halloween but i always buy some Szarach for home and wife always gets a trinket or so from the in store shop.

The only thing that i really didn't like was the long walk from room to elevator and ice machine. Not much you can do about that.

My room was downgraded without telling me and I was not refunded the difference.

The bed was nice.

The changed my room I had reserved without telling me and gave me the smallest room in the hotel.

Loved the Sazarac Bar, beds were very comfortable. Walking distance to everything

If I had to complain about anything it would be rooms were a little smaller than normal but was fine

Location is central

Service is very not up to standard for Waldorf, hotel is run down and dirty.. feels like staying in the zoo

This was our second time at the hotel and a few changes since 2018.

Nice pool with a bar. Very good location. Rooms were clean and room staff were very helpful and friendly.

No free wifi but as we were Hilton members we could access free wifi. This was not mentioned when my husband called the desk to ask about the wifi.

81st birthday in NOLA

Lobby, staff, rooms, coffee maker, view. Very nice property. Great location ... out of the French Quarter noise but close enought to participate after a short walk if we want. We prefer the CBD to stay and dine in and around.

The pool is dirty and small, the room was lacking attention: fan not working in the bathroom, had to request for sleepers and other toiletries. Was charging for room items that we didn't consume and not getting a call back from the billing department

The property was magnificent! The location was perfect for our trip. The staff was attentive. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained and ascetically mind boggling. This is a wonderful hotel and I recommend it highly

Awesome!

The appearance and vibe took me back to the 1950s Gatsby Era! Makes an impression when you walk inside.

The room was smaller than what the picture online looked like, but other than that I had a great exp.
