Nice stay in Savannah but location is not central

Stayed in the cottages nice units, staff was very nice

15-20 minute walk from busy area with almost no restaurants around. Sofa bed was not comfortable.

The room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. My only complaint was that breakfast should last a little longer. We got down there for breakfast at 8:45 and they were already putting stuff away.I asked her about the hot oatmeal and she said she had already thrown it out. I was a little up set about that. Oh well. Just % if it is to close at 9 then start taking stuff down at 9 and not 8,:45.

Clean, comfortable and situated in a great location

Location was perfect! Savannah is a walkable city and the hotel is centrally located. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Only complaint is that the hotel needs ice and water that is accessible to guests. The staff provided it upon request, however most hotels have a large pitcher in the lobby.

My cottage and the facilities are good.

I stayed in a charming cottage with a very good space like a studio. We loved this place and I front of our cottage had a fountain. Beautiful and cosy.

The hotel didn’t say for us that it has a street rear the hotel and you parking the car for free. They offer to parking in a space that cost 30 us per day. It’s a shame.

Pleasant, good breakfast and location but no service at all regarding in room cleaning or linen changes.

Good location. Help was nice & friendly.

The room was never cleaned in 4 days. I asked for at least a sheet change but they just made the bed. Same sheets (I knew because I had gotten chocolate on them) I had said I wanted daily change when making reservations.

We would choose to stay there again and recommend it to friends.

The location was good. We used the street parking and didn’t need to move our car for the two days we were there. Even though a work crew was doing some painting and finishing work we weren’t inconvenienced at all.

Great pool!

If you want to have a relaxed and sufficient breakfast, you should get up early. Various things were not refilled and there was not enough space for the guests. Ultimately, however, a little outside the city center.

Not worth it.

It was a good location.

The room had a funny smell, the carpet was extremely stained, the key card reader from the back door didn’t work. Staff did their job but were not particularly nice or attentive. For 300 dollars a night I expect better.

The room's furniture showed considerable wear, the air conditioning blew directly on the bed and was noisy, and the desk clerk didn't know what the parking fee for the city garage was.

The breakfast was great. The only thing missing was grits.

Dog walking around freely while we were trying to eat breakfast. Don’t think pets should be allowed in dining section—not sanitary! Toilets flushed, but with effort.

AVOID AT ALL COST

The lady on the desk (Casandra) is quite rude and a bit lazy. We arrived after a long trip, we were tired and the elevator was not working. The maintenance guy was nice and fixed It quite quickly ( during thar time Casandra was giving us a bad face, not even apologies or offering some water). Then we arrived to the room. We had paid a room for 4, bed and sofá. The sofá was not prepared, not even opened. When we opened, the mattress was thin as a bread sándwich and allí the wires were marked and clearly seen. The bed was undone. We asked Casandra about it and she told us we had to do It. I have travalled around the world several years and never seen a more than 200 USD hotel room per nigth where you have to arrange the bed yourself. Lazy Casandra went to give us pillows but obviously didnt offer any help.

It was not as well as I would’ve hoped.

Breakfast was very good—however no waffles available day two, no syrup.

The pool was out of commission—it was hot and we were looking forward to a swim. Booking.com stated parking was included, NOT THE CASE. $30 per day valet. Very annoying.

Complementary breakfast is a plus point in Savannah. Also, my room had a induction stove which helped me to prepare my baby's food.

Cleaning stuff was terrible. My baby was sleeping so I told her to come 30 mins later. She didn't like that. She eventually came 30 mins later, but she threw away my baby's electric nail filer in retaliation. Although, monetarily it is not that expensive, but it was something precious to me. I really wanted to keep that forever as my newborn's belongings.

The breakfast was exceptional

Not very clean, no tolit paper in our room. We had to get it from the front desk. Towels, too, we asked for additional towels, and we had to get them from the desk ourselves. Pool was closed down for cleaning...all day! 100 degrees for the day, we wanted to enjoy the pool.
