Location to Opry land

Shower head just trickled water out with it turned to full ! Took over an hour to fill tub ! WATER PRESSURE TOO LOW !! No ice machines on any floor but have ice buckets in rooms ! Absolutely ridiculous!! Front registration desk clerk sat on chair & never stood up when I asked her a question regarding ice machines! Very unprofessional/ lazy !!

A comfy stay but a little pricey for all the amenities not being there.

The location and how clean it was. Rooms were spaced out well.

When we booked it said continental breakfast but wasn't. Had breakfast one morning was good food. Then it wasn't open anymore.

The wifi service left something to be desired. I’ve never seen such poor connectivity in streaming services. Netflix and Showtime were a total joke.

Good for family traveling with me. Did not like our room

Did not eat breakfast. Thought prices were a little high.

I booked 3 rooms. Two of the rooms were in 2nd floor and I was told they looked brand new. We were on first floor in a room that looked outdated. Did not like the pillows! I prefer hotels that offer complimentary breakfast.

wallpaper was coming off in room, door locks did not work on first room we had, and housekeeping tried to enter even after we were told they do not come for short visits

if you book here with booking.com and have a problem. You will not get a refund from the hotel

woke up to a huge roach in the bathroom on vanity. notified front desk. checked out. No refund given. Was told because it was booked thru Booking.com they could not refund. Funny, they had my ccard info they could of refunded to. was given Marriott points for 1/4 of a night. Do not recommend because of this.
