Won’t go back

Husband seen mold in bathroom and think that’s what got my allergies going:(. Bathroom door was falling apart. Bed way too high. Breakfast cereal tasted old.

the facilities were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was warmer than the thermostat reported. We bought a fan to help make it more comfortable.

We enjoyed the pool, the hot breakfasts and had great interactions with the staff.

It was Newly renovated and very clean.

A family of 6(2 adults and 4 kids) can’t stay in one room. We had to split up into 2 rooms though the suite can sleep up to 6.

Our stay was more than we expected. The location was better than projected. Next to the interstate

I felt the breakfast menu was fine but the pancake machine was broke

I was well pleased with the whole experience Maybe the only complaint I may have is the toilet stool was to low Only because my wife just had knee surgery a week prior. But that’s really only a matter of convenience

Great hotel at a reasonable price. Thank You for making my stay great.

I arrived at the room a little before checkin time and my room was already cleaned and waiting. The room was cleaned every day unlike other hotels since Covid. The staff was always friendly and even offered to let me park my motorcycle under the front awning the night it rained. I will absolutely stay here the next time I’m in the area. Everything was great. I can’t comment anything negative.

Pleasant

Easy to miss entrance to hotel. However, the suite was a nice size.

4th floor had terrible smell. Furniture was heavily stained. Food condiments left uncovered after breakfast.

Would stay again, but not by the pool.

Location was perfect, Breakfast was very good. Room was clean.

Our room was right across from the swimming pool and it was full of kids both days. There were several families there for baseball and/or soccer tournaments so the hallway was quite noisy. They should have place a family with kids in our room and put us in a different area.

Great hotel in Maumelle, AR!

I liked the overall aesthetic of the hotel. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was so delicious, and it was easy to use. The pool was nice and large, and it was kept clean. The room was also quiet, and I didn't hear a lot of outside noise.

The bed was not as comfortable as I was hoping it would be, and the pillows flattened out easily. Also, the ice machines were not working on both the third and fourth floors.

The Stay that Never Happened

I DID NOT STAY THERE! THEY CALLED ME AND INFORMED ME THEY OVERBOOKED! I STAYED AT THE Days Inn across and down the street.

I did not like making a reservation, having it cancelled, and the having this program contact me about my stay (there was no stay! ) I need to have money credited back to my card. My phone # is 901-870-6211. Please confirm I will not be charged

Will try & give this location another try in the future to see if it’s better.

I liked the fact that breakfast was included, however the attendant couldn’t keep up with weekend demand which resulted in either waiting for a really long time or giving up & going to get food elsewhere.

There was a baseball team on the 3rd floor making a ton of noise for hours on end & the breakfast attendant couldn’t keep up with weekend demand which resulted in either waiting for a really long time or giving up & going to get food elsewhere.

this is our second stay and will not be our last.

the continental breakfast was very good. we enjoyed having access to the indoor pool. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

there is a building under construction right in front of the hotel that blocks it’s view.

The property, itself, was great and the location was good for us. The staff could use better customer skills. I booked 2 rooms thru booking.com. When I arrived to check in i was told i only had one room. I tried to tell front desk I had confirmation number. she wouldn’t look at it and just said I only had 1 room. She started waiting on someone else. I was able to get a room. After I paid for my room and started walking away, she called my name and said she had found my reservation. She offered no apologies.

During our stay the toilet would not flush properly. pictures were taken as well. Each time it flushed the water would rise up. I called the front desk and they told us to come get a plunger. It was no help! We called back and the front desk suggested we use the toilets in the lobby due to the hotel being sold out. Some form of compensation should have been offered. Not having the use of a basic necessity is not acceptable.

Nice and clean hotel except of the sofa bed.

Spacious hotel and room. Interesting breakfast with pancakes in a minute. Location is good.

Nobody was in the lobby. We had to wait for about 20 minutes until someone came. Sofa bed was terrible, it was all broken. My daughter had to turn around because otherwise head would be way lower than all of the body.

Rooms- NASTY! Didn’t feel safe!!!! no more Holiday Inn Expresses!!!

upon entry - looks clean- but rooms (were NASTY!!!!)

Not secure!!! The entrance from back parking lot - key would not open- someone had propped the door open with a stick- so the hotel could be accessed by anyone! after telling front desk- they just said - yes, it is a problem with that entry!!!!

no hand soap at sink, no conditioner in dispenser, pool very cold, back entrance not working and very little front parking so had to walk all around building to enter
