Very good stay close to Graceland

Spacious room with king size comfy beds. Nice big bathroom. Everything was super clean. Breakfast very good with healthy options. Safe parking in the rear of the hotel. Walking distance to Graceland. Easy to get on the Memphis highway system to go see sights like National Civil Rights Museum and Beale Street. Marlowe’s - a well known BBQ restaurant - is also close by.

I usually go for a morning walk/run but I felt unsafe doing that because of the lack of sidewalks and the heavy traffic.

Will never stay here again and will not recommend to anyone I know

I checked in and walked out to go to dinner and a game.Arrived back at the hotel abt 11-11:30pm just to find that my room wasn’t clean.Went to front desk and the employee was rude and I asked for a manager and he stated that he was the manager.He wasn’t willing to give me one room with a king bed for 6 people when I had paid for a double with a pull out.That stated it would sleep six.

Städtetrip Memphis - Graceland

Relativ neu aussehende Zimmer mit Gebrauchsspuren hier und da. Die Betten waren so schön hoch ( für kleinere Leute vlt etwas schwierig 😄) Mrs Duffy vom Frühstück war bezaubernd 🤗 Der kostenlose Shuttle nach Graceland war sehr praktisch. Auto konnte man sicher hinter einem Tor abstellen.

Es fehlten der Fön auf dem Zimmer aber an der Rezeption wurde direkt ein nagelneuer herausgegeben.

Great Hotel Two Minutes Away from Graceland

Breakfast was amazing. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. She explained one concern I had and that the whole hotel will be getting an upgrade!

I thought there was blood or vomit splatter on the bathroom door frame. Turns out it was rust! I bought my concern to the front desk lady and she explained what it was.

Don't stay in this hotel, the staff lacks integrity

the hotel is obviously recently built or renovated

lack of integrity of the staff, ie the room wasn't made and instead we received a letter blaming us for not leaving the room except that the time the letter was delivered we were already out and I have a parking lot receipt to prove it (see photo attached) they didn't even change the towels, also, my daughter forgot her sneakers and when we call to try to get them back they never acknowledged seeing them.

Disappointed In Memphis

The shampoos and soaps they provide. The bed was clean and comfortable.

It smelled dirty. As soon as you walk in you can smell the dirt. The room too. The carpets need cleaning and although they are remodeling. Whoever was hired to do the job cut so many corners. The cleaning staff CAN do better. There were foot marks on the walls and the windows had marks all over. It was not inviting nor as clean as other Holiday Inns

Great location. Easy parking. Clean and everything well laid out.

Carpets and furniture were showing signs of wear and tear.

The tv didn’t work, the temperature in our room was set at 70, but by 5AM it was 80. Thermostat wasn’t working.

Der lugter indelukket og af mug og der er fugtigt på værelset. Dette oplevede jeg ikke i 2018 da jeg var på samme hotel.

We lost electricity for over 12 hours. Had to take stairs in the dark I missed a step and sprained my ankle. There were bed bugs in at least 2 or three rooms. I was petrified as I had a friend that had bed bugs.

The room was clean The beds were comfortable. We had a room that over looked the pool but it was quiet and we got a good nights rest.The staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and the lady that served it was delightful. The car lot was gated and had cameras.

Great property. Even greater staff. Facilities maintenance needs a little work.

The the staff was very friendly, and I appreciated that

First, the TV in our Room was broken, and the remote would not work. Second, the hot water was barely hot enough to take a shower. I would describe it more accurately as warm water. I understand we’re all trying to conserve energy these days, but a hot shower is not negotiable.

Comfortable, clean, friendly service, good breakfast

Front desk staff, wonderful. Breakfast was more than continental. Teena was very sweet. Room was comfortable and larger tv than most. Definitely would stay here again. Just a couple of blocks from Graceland.
