The room was clean . Water pressure as well as water temperature was good.
We came to this property because of location to BOK as well as the breakfast. The concert was canceled/ we couldn’t cancel the room without penalty so we still came. Got up for breakfast (that WAS included with the price ) to find the ‘chef) is off on weekends and we would have to PAY for a breakfast sandwich! Shameful

The staff was so friendly!! Great location.

Fun stuff to do near by, and nice building.
Hard to park, and the charge is $16!! To park my piece of poo car at the hotel I’m already staying at ?? please make it free to ALREADY paying customers. Times are tough. But I like the hotel and every single worker there !

Good location and pretty building
Finding check in was confusing. We weren’t sure where to go and finally found that we needed to go up in the elevator to actually get to the hotel part.

Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean.
The price was too high. Prices were raised due to activities that were going on.

walkable to bars, restaurants etc.

The old architecture of the building was nice. Starbucks in the lobby.
Hotel staff barged into the room without knocking while we were sleeping. Lack of parking. Horrible tasting water at the hotel and you’re charging guests $3.50/bottle for 30¢ water bottles. Either install some water filters so your water is drinkable or drop that generic water bottle price down to $1. Or if your dead set on charging $3.50/bottle at least provide quality water and not generic 12oz bottles.

parking situation was atrocious. toilet and tissue paper was cheap and like sandpaper.

The building is beautiful and in a great location downtown.
The elevator made noise we could hear from our room. We could hear people talking in neighboring rooms. Although there are 3 eating places on site, no room service. Wine is 20 dollars for a half bottle, so take your own.

Room was spacious
The staff was incredibly rude. The bar/lounge area was awkward and very unwelcoming. Was harassed and made us feel uncomfortable. NOT worth $250+

Awesome historic building. clean, quiet with great staff

The housekeeping staff essentially blew us off for two days. Our room had elevator noises. And a housekeeper knocked on our door twice in the morning even though we had a do not disturb sign up, and one time asked us when we were checking out which was 2 to 3 hours before our checkout time. It was rude. Never again. and we paid full price.

I booked a corner room. In the advertised pictures of the room it showed a view out two directions. My room only had windows out one side.... looking at an old run-down building.

To find the place was horrible and the parking omg very terrible

No breakfast
The room was freezing, I would say it was in the low 60’s in the room. The hotel provided a space heater and when it kicked in it was better, but it took hours for that to happen. We slept in cloths. The bathroom had no heat at all and in the morning it was single digits outside.
