Was cheap and convenient.

Everything o.k. including bed but pillows were small and there were 3. TV worked well. Heater worked. I apparently made reservation for the next day but they accommodated.

A few amenities like lotion, shampoo, conditioner would have been nice. And washcloths would have been nice. Had to ck in outside and it was raining.

Don't set your expectations too high. Five stars isn't always 5 stars.

The lady at the front desk was delightful. The room was aged, but fairly clean.

The room above me had several heavy footed people in it that walked around until all hours of the night. The parking is right in front of the windows. At the time of my visit, the parking lot was completely full of large work trucks, trailers and ATVs taking up all the parking. These large (loud) trucks started leaving at 5:30 AM. The parking lot and sidewalk in front of the rooms had litter, including a half eaten burrito outside my door.

Pleasant

Room was clean but dated

There is no real office, just a hole in the glass on the side of the building. Lady was pleasant but after gone. Not many occupants the night i was there. That said she tried to put a retiree on the second floor with luggage using a stairway??The WiFi was non existent.! I would not stay here again

Front desk woman was very nice at check in, she did say that check in was firm at 3pm. But we did get to check in by 2:4

It was a place to stay while in Placerville. It could use some revamping but it was close to stores. It could use an updated AC as well, it just had a wall unit that was near a window towards the back. So the cooling could be better.

There were some homeless people around that stayed in the back of hotel near what would be a creek. It was a little unnerving, so we didn’t sleep much.

The price was pretty good; it was quiet and the room was clean.

The bedspread was torn and the room could use some updating. not in a very good part of town.

For $110 it was a bit overpriced. It could be a very nice Inn.

Staff were very kind and supportive.

The location, while in a tree lined area, had quite a few homeless people hanging around the cars. The rooms need major work. Duct tape was used to support the AC and as well as patch cracking near the door and window. The room smelled VERY musty when we walked in.

Unacceptable to my standards

I came from out of town for a wedding and by the time I looked for lodging, nothing else was available. This was close to the venue and relatively inexpensive.

The room wasn’t dirty per se but it was not clean either. The bed spread while it wasn’t viably soiled, it had hair in it. The mattress cover on the box spring, although maybe recently washed was stained. The pillow cases were clean but the pillows inside were not. The curtains were dark but so worn that light shined through the holes in the fabric etc. I don’t want the condition of the room to be confused as a housekeeping issue, this is a management issue.
