Hotel with Convenient Sac Airport Access

The staff was helpful, the room was very comfortable, and there was free shuttle service to the airport. I will stay there, again.

Met with some challenges.

The proximity to the airport was convenient.

Parking lot is very cramped with narrow parking spaces. Upon checking in despite telling the agent that we’d already paid for our room she proceeded to authorize room and tax on my credit card. We had to leave for the airport at 4 am, as we showered quickly beforehand the shower gel was empty in the shower. Prior to arrival when attempting to reach the hotel the booking.com message reads “Hello, Thank you for your email. I'm no longer with Four Points by Sheraton Sacramento Airport as of 02/19/2023 and unfortunately, I can no longer answer your email. Please direct all future inquiries to George Kaplanis at [email protected]. He will be happy to assist you. Sincerely, Baljeet Dhaliwal” making reaching a staff member challenging. This has been an ongoing issue! Especially since Baljjeet left the hotel 7 plus months ago!

A wonderful place with exceptional service.

The owner or person checking me in was very kind and sympathetic. I was exhausted as I had been at the Emergency Room with my husband for nearly 9 hours. Even though the food service area has closed he offered to have them make something for me. When I said that wasn’t necessary and I picked out some food and a drink from the market/pantry he gave them to me at no charge.

the entrance is confusing and not as pictured. construction along the entire building a new Hilton I believe. no parking. And the rooms were not well cleaned. like lazy housekeeping or short staffed.

Amazing location, safe and clean.

I loved everything about this Hotel, except that they don't provide free breakfasts, they cost $14.14. This location is safe, clean, and has microwaves, refrigerators, ironing boards and comfortable beds. I-5 is 2 blocks away, free shuttle to the airport. Beautiful bathrooms with lighted mirrors!

The hotel was clean and well taken of!

The parking situation was ridiculous. I had to park a half mile down the road and walk to the hotel because there was not enough parking space for hotel occupants and some sort of boxing event that was occurring at an adjacent building to the hotel.

Staff did not communicate well in English and it took some time and effort to understand them.

I didn't have breakfast because I forgot it was included. It might be nice for the front desk staff to give clients a reminder about this.

I tried to reserve a shuttle to the airport before I arrived but they would not let me and told me that I will have no problem reserving a spot on the shuttle once I arrived at the hotel. However that was not the case and once I checked in, the shuttle was booked for my preferred time. So I had to wake up earlier in order to catch the earlier shuttle... not happy about this.
