Our stay at Double tree
Location was good. Staff was helpful and friendly.
The room was by the side door and people came and went at all hours. I understand there is a remodel going on and the room really needs it. No free breakfast.

It was very convenient and pleasant. The cookies were yummy!
Our couch and ottoman were very torn and ratty. Staff said they were getting new once the construction is done.

Don’t be fooled by Hilton on the name, because this place is trash!
Close to home
Almost everything, furniture was worn and torn, tv and appliances were outdated

I don't know that I would choose this location again.

Walked into the room and froze, the AC was set @ 55, it was so cold that we needed to turn the heat up, then it went up to 78 degrees. My husband waited until it dropped to 70 and then turned the whole thing off. Needless to say, he really did not sleep. The other item I was not thrilled with was when we checked in the front desk person shared too much. Out of politeness we asked how he was and he gave too much information. It was 930 at night and we were tired from the day, the last thing I want to do is spend 5 minutes at the desk, I want to check in and get to my room and call it a day. I also found out after we booked that the hotel was going through a renovation, this was not disruptive but the furniture in the room was in disrepair, not really inviting and there was a burned out bulb in the lamp on the desk. I don't know that I would stay here again and I have stayed at this location on several occasions previously.

Never again
It was close to a meeting we were traveling for
The bathroom was disgusting not clean at all, the couch and footstools were all torn up, a dog had gone to the bathroom in the stairwell, I was charged twice for the lousy breakfast. Motel 6 is better than this place. The photos I posted are all from the inside of our room. Not a $300 room (what I was charged)

You should treat your guests with respect.
Breakfast was good. Location was perfect. It was my first time staying at a Doubletree hotel. Lobby was clean as was the rest of the property.Front desk employees were nice and friendly. Hope they will enjoy the new upgrade of the hotel.
The furniture in room 216 was horrible. I have stayed at many Hilton properties and this had the worst furniture I’ve ever seen. I think they were trying to show the corporate people that the hotel needs an upgrade. The couch was torn and tattered.

Was overall OK. A little expensive and shuttle service not available to me due to my schedule
Staff was nice. No breakfast since I had an early flight. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean
Was advertised to have shuttle to airport but pretty limited hours and had to call ahead to schedule. Ended up paying for an Uber to get to and from airport so was more than I had budgeted for my trip

Please don’t over book rooms so that expectations are clear
The breakfast was great, though I had to stay an extra hour to be a manager to discuss why I was charged for the breakfast when breakfast was supposed to be included. My kids enjoyed the pool which is why we stayed at this
I booked a room with two queen beds, but was given a room with one king bed, which was not enough for five people at all. We did not sleep well, which made it difficult to travel the next day.
