Location was good
Room small and very dark, no microwave in room, no place to put clothes except for the suite case, there where no drawers in room one lamp kept flickering off and on. Had to wait to get room even though there where approx 4 other families that they gave rooms to Had to wait till almost 5 for our room after traveling all day. The charges for the stay are all over the board. Had to ask for clean towels the 3rd day. And it that is the $20 everyday fee that I was charged I got ripped off I could go on but it makes me mad that I had to pay more for items that I never received

Nice clean hotel, very modern
Dining room staff was untrained and unhelpful. Dining room furniture was awfully uncomfortable. Our room lacked a desk and chair to sit and do work. HVAC unit fan very noisy.

Location and amenities
The booking was very misleading! Paid extra to have elevator access to room and still had to climb twelve steps . When moving luggage you had to push the cart up a long ramp.

I accidentally booked the wrong day. I tried to get them to book the correct day. They said they had no more rooms available. However on Booking.com, it showed 3 rooms available. I couldn't get my money back.

Room, amenities, location
Breakfast was a let down given that we are vegetarian

The pool was great and also loved the smores kit, it was a nice touch
As all the reviews mentioned before the breakfast is limited. There was oatmeal, 2 types of cereal, biscuits and gravy and some hard boiled eggs.

Breakfast was terrible and they add a $20 fee a day to pay for it and didn't even offer on Sunday
The wheelchair-accessible room was not accessable at all my husband could barely get around. The furniture was too big and bulky. The sheets were cheap and scratchy. The handicap lift for the pool was not set up properly when we got there.

The pool was nice and I loved all the extra TV channels. Rarely do I get to watch Chinese News
The complimentary breakfast was terrible. Tacos were served and their was a hair in thr Sour Cream. The boiled eggs tasted weird and the Osameal was a sludge like consistency. If needed I can show staff how to cook a delicious and affordable continental breakfast
4.5
The pool, hot tub, location, and restaurant were delicious!! The staff was great and accommodating.
The wifi, I was trying to stream a movie with my kids but the wifi wouldn't work all evening.

Location was great. Plenty of parking. Checkin was easy. Beautiful renovations. Lovely decor. Clean rooms. Amazing dinner at restaurant. Loved the two texts I received at checkin and then prior to checkout. Nice personal touch.
The only complaint was that we were unable to use the hot tub due to the amount of kids in the area. While I know it may not be an issue to fix, it might be nice to have an adults only or later times that would allow adults to enjoy the amenities as well. We packed suits and we’re hoping to wind down after the day and unable. Just something to consider.

very friendly staff, comfortable beds, the pool and hot tub were a lot of fun and we appreciated the fire pits and pool table!
I wish there was breakfast! Also, it would be nice if there were doggy bags for picking up poop.

Great service

The Drive in theater was great but the water and room temperature was cold.
I loved the rooms but lighting was poor.
I loved the free Starbucks but a small free breakfast would have been nice.
Overall, it was a great stay.

The light didn’t work. Reported to front desk and it wasn’t replaced or fixed. The room was large enough to accommodate 2 chairs but only one in room. No desk or place to write. The bedside lamps were terrible... could not read by them. No parking lot lights.

it was extreme value for the cost. The firepits and s’mores, indoor pool with cartoons playing in a projected screen and game room were lovely amenities!
2.5
The front desk reception and check in was unfriendly, unhelpful, and rude. We were not directed to our room. It took us twenty minutes to find our room. There was no coffee ready in the morning. We waited twenty minutes for a cup of coffee. Again, the same unfriendly front desk. My bed was not made when I arrived. Just a pile of sheets and blanket.

This place was awesome! Big pool and a hot tub, with a big movie screen in the pool area. Game room had FREE pinball, shuffleboard, pool and ping pong. Restaurant and bar on site, ordered drinks from the bar but unfortunately didn't eat there. Super close to downtown Estes, and they even had free bikes you could rent. This hotel was awesome, clean too.
Beds were a little hard, but that's a minor thing!

all of the amenities were wonderful I.e. bar, pool, lounge, fire pits
beds were very uncomfortable and the maids did not clean well or make the beds

Super location close to downtown Estes Park and the Park. Loved the attached restaurant. Outside firepits were fun. Easy parking to hotel entrances.
