Excellent location - close to RMNP entrance and close to Town of Estes Park. Grounds were well maintained and clean. I I had the queen cabin and that had plenty of room. Cabin was also very clean and had everything needed for a 6 night stay such as pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee maker. Even had new kitchen sponge, dish detergent, etc. We used the grill one evening and that worked out well. I have stayed some places that have a grill, but they were junk. This was a Weber grill that worked good. There is also nice hiking within walking distance. Peaceful property.
No complaints.

Beautiful and peaceful!

Beautiful location, very spacious accommodations.
The smell! We spent over an hour trying to find an air freshener - looking under furniture, in the vent, etc. The smell was SO strong it gave my husband a headache and my eyes were burning.

Everything was Fine

Property is very run down but was clean. The hot tub takes up most of the deck space.
Everything needs an update. Unit smelled musty when we walked in. Main bed very uncomfortable, felt like you were being swallowed by a memory foam topper.

Beautiful property. Very scenic right on the river.. Quiet, private. Very helpful staff. Gas fireplace in living room. Patio with gas grill. Well equipped kitchen.
Only a full sized bed (not queen). Hot tub area did not look well maintained.

Location was 1 mile from the town next to the Fall river and was very relaxing, quiet and beautiful.

Didn’t have house keeping available to come in our room and switch towels and such.
4.5
Location away from town, quietness, small Fall River flowing next to our cabin, and wildlife seen around the property.
I’m a soft mattress sleeper. The mattress was hard in cabin 12A and some folks like that. Those are always a rough night for me.

it was close to the river and relaxing will return!

Stayed during the off season, and was able to book a single night at the location. Was clean and located at a convenient location. Would stay there again, if our usual place isn't available.
It was the off season. Staying one night isn't really long enough to gauge much. The only negative I experienced was the bed was very uncomfortable. What I might feel is uncomfortable, other might love.

We loved the size and layout of the unit. And the location was nice and close to Rocky Mountain National Park.
The heating unit was stuck and we couldn’t turn down the heat. Consequently it was very hot in our unit and hard to sleep. Also, using covid as an excuse to not clean the unit is awfully weak.

The location was great, just outside Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park Colorado. The grounds of Streamside were beautiful, with tall pine trees and a small river running along the property. It was quiet and restful.
I cannot think of anything I did not like.
