nicely remodeled but room smelled of urine and door lock broken
Rooms have been recently remodeled and are pretty. Great view of the mountains from the back deck. The price was decent.
Room smelled strongly of dog urine, and our key did not work in the lock. Maintenance person had to replace the entire door handle while we waited in the lobby.

Clean, no frills, decent for resting sleeping and showering.
Rooms had private entrance. Clean. A decent place of sleep, rest and shower.
No one came around during my 5 day stay to refill toilet paper, bring more coffee, take out the garbage, etc. Bring your own shampoo and such all they have is a hand soap type pump in the shower that is supposed to be shampoo and body wash. Terrible stuff.

Good location with free breakfast.
The rooms were newly updated, very pretty. I gave this a lower rating only b/c the TV didn't work and the A/C kept shutting off. The staff came in to fix it and mentioned that maybe they needed to update TV too. Breakfast was good and location was not bad, down the road from downtown Estes park. Overall, nice place to stay for the money.
The a/c would keep turning off. That was annoying. We ended up just letting the fan run. I wished that it was walking distance into town.

I feel like i got an amazing price for 2 people at such a nice place so close to a cute small town and a gorgeous nation
the big windows in our room had a wonderful view of the mountains, the room was well-air-conditioned while not too dry (partner and i get bloody noses with dryness), the place was clean. The hotel is a minute or two from the highway and 5 minutes from main town so we could eat locally (some awesome brunch places!!) and then leave right after breakfast the next morning without traffic issues. It’s about 15 minutes from the national park.
one window faced the pool and one window people walked by constantly (main floor) so we kept the windows shut for the majority of the stay
