Odd layout but overall great place to stay with clean rooms, friendly staff, diverse breakfast and nice amernities.

Clean rooms and other facilities such as the pool and fitness area. Morning breakfasts had a nice diversity and the area was kept clean. Staff was friendly and the location was perfect. Minimal noise pollution.

That the elevator didn’t go to the whole 2nd floor and that the whole second floor wasn’t accessible to itself from all areas. Meaning you had to go downstairs to go back upstairs

Would not stay here again….

The location

Disappointed! For 250 a night I was shocked at the service and the hotel itself. We called in the morning to see if we could get early check in, they told me to call again at 2, still no. Then we get there 25 minutes before check in and they had us sit there and wait until after 4 for check in. They said they didn’t have the room available? That’s never happened to us before and we travel a lot. So it made us late to a surprise party we had come into town for. We got completely lost for 10 minutes trying to find our room ….it’s like a maze in there. We ran into three other people in the hallway who got lost too. Then when we got into the room all of our soap bottles provided in the bathroom were empty I couldn’t even wash my hands. The shower looked like it had been used. The hotel itself is dated as well, we could have stayed at a way better one for the same price. Overall not worth the amount to stay at all.

The pool is great and the rooms are nicely updated

there was a weird taping noise that would happen in our room (150) every half hour or so, like somebody was tapping softly but rapidly on the other side of the wall. Iit was very annoying

Excellent-I stay often to visit family- I ask for a room close to the office.

Breakfast was excellent, as always… one of the main reasons I stay here when I visit!

The layout of the hotel is spread out, instead of many floors, which puts some rooms far away from the office/amenities, which can be a concern for those with disabilities or traveling alone.

Great stay overall, clean facilities and friendly staff!

The staff was extremely accommodating and the facilities we clean.

The breakfast had a great variety but the hot breakfast foods were not good.

Very decent place a could use a few modern updates ie the tv enter and exit out side from the room

Didn’t eat breakfast there but smelled great

I would’ve thought the tv would’ve been a smart tv to watch Netflix ( personal account ) or connect phone/ tablet to the tv. Tv speakers close to the bed and to the spa tub
