Very pleasant stay. Clean room. Staff was friendly and very pleasant.
1 thing hair dryer didn't work but, I didn't need it anyway
3.7
Close to downtown. Several dining options near by.
I woke up several nights to people talking on their cell phone right outside our door at 3 in the morning. Nothing the property could have done. We just had disrespectful neighbors. I’d still stay here again as this wasn’t the properties fault.
3.7
It was a great place to stay, not too far away from everything.
It was just a little confusing where the office was when I found the hotel.
3.7
The place was in a good location.
In the people was very nice.
3.7
Location was nice. Place seemed quiet
Bed was horrible. So hard my back is killing me now.

Staff was very friendly, fast easy check in. Pool was perfect way to end a very hot day.
Had to put a chair in front of the door to keep it closed. Hear everyone that was outside at night. The bed was kinda hard, felt the springs on the edging.

Had the best time! So close to everything! Loved the hotel , pool and hot tub
Nothing to complain about

The inn is in a great location, a short walk from the main strip, so a little quieter. The hosts were WONDERFUL and very welcoming. Really enjoyed my stay here and great access to the mountains.
The rooms were a little tired, but to be expected with a motel!
3.7
The staff (Jerry) was friendly and helpful.
Hard to find the reception building.
Bed had a dent in the middle from years of use but nothing too bad.
3.7

Nothing
First room we stayed in was really dirty, and the tv was broken, staff moved us rooms! Second room was Better than first but the room was dirty! Toenails in bathroom floor! Some one else’s hair on the blankets of the bed! All kinds of dirt around the microwave Looked like something possibly feces smeared on bathroom wall! The door had been kicked in and rigged back!
3.7
Close to the strip and trolley stop.

Nice tub
Very loud, bugs in room, very small pillows

The blankets were clean, and the bed was firm without being uncomfortable. The room was cheap for Gatlinburg on a Saturday night. The two gentlemen in the office were extremely nice and welcoming.
The place was kind of run down. I'm not sure if it was dirty or just so run down that it made it look dirty. The shower had zero pressure. It was like showering under a garden hose. There was a very thin door separating our room from our neighbors, and we could hear them all night. It also seemed at times that they were messing with our door, which made it feel really unsafe.
3.7
The Location was good away from the traffic but still close enough to walk to the strip.
Room was not as pictured. The room we booked was not the room we got.
3.7
Location was great. Trolley stop at the property was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and gracious. Property was old but updated rooms were well done. Cleaning staff were super quiet and didn’t interfere with sleeping late. At first I thought the wooden shutters on the inside of the window looked a bit strange but actually they were great for privacy and sleeping.
The toilet stayed active all day and night with the strangest noises I have ever heard. It just made noises all the time with no interference or interaction from anyone.

200 dollars for two nights in Gatlinburg is decent, in my opinion but you also get what you pay for.
First off, it was very difficult to find the office in order to check in. There is two signs up that points in the *general* direction of the office but we ended up having to ask somebody where the check in office was. When we got to the room, the door was hard to get open; you practically had to kick it to get it open. The room itself was a bit dirty; before using the spa tub, I had to wash it out. Also, there was a constant noise that could be heard the two days we stayed. It sounded like furniture being moved above us but it continued into the night as well as during the day. It never stopped. Finally, there was no curtains in our room? It was more like wooden paneling that you could open and close but there were gaps in the wood that I didn't much care for so we ended up using a towel to cover up the gaps.

the hot tub was nice the outside made it look like it was going to be infested with roaches or bed bugs but the interior was pleasant and semi updated. door locks where iffy because it was a code and I physically watched the room next to me get double booked.
outside looked rough
