Excellent value for money in a good location.

Very quiet, safe location, very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, not too far to walk to nice cafes, restaurants, etc, really clean.

Bom custo benefício.

Fomos muito bem recebidas por Obed. Atencioso e carismático. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com opções de frutas e pratos quentes. O hotel fica a 15 minutos de caminhada até o metrô Carroll. Achamos o caminho mais agradável.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge red hook and would definitely recommend it to friends.

This was a great affordable option for us for our trip to New York. The breakfast buffet served each morning was helpful for getting started with the day and our room being cleaned regularly was also lovely.

We would prefer a greater selection of healthier food options for breakfast.

Highly recommended! The hotel was such a good price compared to anything else in Manhattan or Brooklyn. The room was big

Big, comfortable rooms! Friendly staff Great included breakfast in the morning Quiet location Amazing value for money, especially in New York Pod coffee included in the rooms and free bottled water each day

The location is a bit far from things but if you don’t mind a 10-15 min walk from the subway, it really doesn’t matter. We discovered a great park along the waterfront not far from the hotel that was amazing for walking and running. And I really liked coming home from a busy day in the city to a quiet location.

One night stay before cruise was convenient to cruise terminal.

Breakfast was minimal but I didn’t leave hungry

My friends didn’t have any heat in their room and it was a very cold night. They reported the problem and someone came and try to fix it but could not. They slept in their clothes for extra warmth. Hotel had no extra room to move to. Hotel has not reimbursed charges

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die nächste Metro ist fussläufig 15 Minuten entfernt, die nächste Fähre ebenfalls. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem zentral. Für mein Empfinden war auch beim Frühstück für jeden etwas dabei. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Perfect stay

Everything was amazing! I really recommend this hotel. It has everything you need for nice vacation. Especially breakfast were perfect!

Nothing. It's a bit far away from Manhattan, the metro is about 17 min walk. But a bus stop is just behind the corner and combination with metro is great.

Location is great and room is super comfy!

Location is great, parking available on the street is good too, and breakfast included is worth it. Mini fridge in the room was helpful.

We were on the first floor close to the stairs which are facing the main entrance. Room’s door wasn’t adjusted so every time someone would come in, door would slap. Super annoying at night. Had to put my luggage in front of it to keep it from moving. Also Libby desk very small, seemed a bit cheap. Not a good first impression but I was pleasantly surprised by the room. Beats the first impression.

My top favorite place to stay in NYC.

I have stayed at this location several times and I really love to stay here. It is in a perfect location, there are free parking spaces in the area (in addition to the hotel offering parking for a fee). They have phenomenal breakfast every morning from 6:30 - 9:30 AM, which just started 1/22/24. The breakfast is really good! The rooms are exceptionally clean, the WiFi provides good internet service and the TV is nice. I really love this place. Also, the city is not far from this location, maybe a 20 min drive depending where you want to travel to. For me, this place is perfect! And it is reasonably priced! They provide complimentary water bottles.

There is no microwave nor ice machine.

Clean, great location and AMAZING breakfast

We were so happy with the stay. Breakfast was amazing, room clean, bed is very comfortable and location was just 10 minutes walk from subway and bus station is just around the corner. We would defenitly stay here again!

все отлично: красиво, тепло даже в декабре, хороший номер , есть кофемашина, кофе, воду ставят на каждый день новую, делают хорошую уборку каждый день) завтрак простенький, но с утра поесть перед прогулкой подойдет!) находится в Бруклине , но до метро дойти можно спокойно, минут за 10) спасибо! при въезде просят депозит 100$ с карточки, но вроде должно все вернуться, еще не проверяли)

Comfortable and clean

Amazing rooms and offer Roku tvs so you can watch any streaming service! Everything is very clean and very comfortable. The rooms look exactly like the pictures.

Only downside was you had to pay for parking for every night you stayed.

Les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisées. Le métro le plus proche est à 20 min de marche.

We'd stay here again, that's for sure.

We arrived by car, easily found a parking spot, paid $22.50US per night for parking. We were super close to a great bus route, so it was super easy to go into Manhattan for tourism! Very happy about that. Every evening, we arrived back about 7:00 pm and there were very nice, small, folksy restaurants very close by for supper!! They were fun!! Super glad the cleaning personnel didn't replace our towels everyday ... environmentally friendly option!!

The room had a musty smell, perhaps the airconditioner filter needed cleaning? But everything was super clean and nice in the room and in the very small lobby. Only one elevator, but only four floors to the hotel, so no trouble for us. The breakfast was super convient, but very basic. Hated using all those plastic utensils and seeing the trash bins fill up fast with plastic, plastic, plastic.

UK family vista to New York

Very friendly staff who couldn't do more to help.

The room had a strong fusty chemical smell, which wasn't cleaning products or anything I've smelt before. We asked to switch rooms which the hotel didn't but that room also had the same unpleasant odor. We stayed for the 3 nights and put up with it. Other than that, we enjoyed our time there.

Rude staff and apparently, there is no manager, ever.

Nothing…because they gave away my paid for room (we had a family emergency) and arrived a day late. They refused to refund anything, so I had to pay for another hotel on top of the money they took. Asked to speak to a manager 3 times and there was never one around. I have NEVER had a bad experience with booking.com or any of the hotels we’ve stayed at until this.
