Overall, it

The breakfast is good and the location is great

I had booked the reservation including breakfast, but the front desk said exclude it. I doubt checked again and showed to him. He gave me the breakfast ticket only for two people so I went to there again and got two more tickets.

Quick overnight for a friends baby shower :)

Great front desk staff member on Sunday and solid room service staff Sunday night!

No staff member at checkout Monday AM.

Disappointing

The beds were comfortable and the facility was clean.

We didn't enjoy the majority of the experience when at this hotel. The staff were very uninviting. No activities for kids other than a pool slide that closes early. Onsite restaurant was expensive and exotic for our taste. Coffee in our room was not replenished when cleanings were done. Bathroom was mediocre for a resort. TV channels were very limited especially for younger kids.

Beds were comfortable and that’s it !

Door lock didn’t work, locked out 5 times !!! Feather free room that was requested took 5 phone calls and a complaint to the manager to get it fixed. Calls for a manager we’re ignored by rude staff! Air conditioner ran on and off. Made a formal complaint to Marriott Corp. worst hotel ever !!!

The food at 7 mile was not good. Our neighbors were very loud throughout the whole night! Parking is very limited.

Room 1: Flying Gnat bugs reported to management as well as maintenance person Jimmy, who agreed they are bugs. We were moved 2 units away. Room 2: checked by management PERSONALLY as told by front desk. Never spent 1 single night as the NEW Room contained carpet worms and BED BUGS everywhere, only spotted when I pulled the round sucker off my husband face. So yeah. RAN to the car and away from that

Too expensive for what you get

The hotel lobby is beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. The king room was ample. The front desk staff was very polite and professional.

I was shocked to find a fairly small TV by todays standards, and no USB charging outlets in the room. The king room was ample but the designer colors and styles are out of date. I’ve had better rooms at a newer Holiday Inn Express!

A completely frustrating and disappointing experience with the management team over lost laundry.

I ended up having to stay longer in San Diego than planned and needed to do laundry. In fact I sent half of my clothing to the laundry at the Sheraton. After waiting 4 days, and on the morning of my checkout, the front desk finally admited they'd lost it and that they would be sending me a cheque to the tune of 1500 USD's of all that went missing (including a number of new pieces purchased for work-for which I sumbmitted the expenses, plus the itmeized laundry reciept). Since leaving almost 1 month ago I have called and emailed repeatedly to Taylor Miller and Madison Dancy--the managers at the resort. Neither have bothered to get back to me, advise on where my laundry is, nor pay to replace the missing clothing. I've been comepletely ghosted.

I don't understand why they have to charge $28 per day to self park my car! There is plenty of space on the entire property, just another way to gouge.

I will never book with you guys again. I’d just down loaded your APP and it wasn’t clear about your prices. We never arrived and we were charged over $500.00. A rip off but I am too busy to even fight for any of the money we have to pay. Thanks for taking our money. NEVER AGAIN!

I had a good time and could rest

Friendly staff, pool is very nice, room is big, location is ok

Room cleaning could happen more often, it was a bit noisy sometimes with kids running around at night. The door on the room was super heavy to open. 28/day parking seems expensive.
