We loved how well thought out the room was for families like the bunk room, removable shower head, step stool and nightlights. We also loved the nightly entertainment which we didn’t know about before coming. My kids especially enjoyed the outdoor movie and the magic show.
Not crazy about the extra $60 a night for combination of resort fee and parking. Also our room was a LONG walk from the elevator. We also would have stayed an extra night had we known about the live shows which my kids really loved. I also did have to call the front desk several times because we were missing room items and it’s not easy to reach them.

The decorations are perfectly themed and tastefully done, it’s not too over the top and didn’t cause sensory overload for my group.
The layout of the rooms is bizarre— we were at the very last of the rooms at the end of the hall. This made for a very long walk anytime we wanted to go anywhere.

Since it’s a family trip it was perfect decorated and everything goes together

The bunk bed with trundle underneath was perfect for our three children! They loved the nightly Lego surprise (treasure hunt) and the lobby legos. We also loved the restaurant in the Castle Hotel where they could bring the legos to the dinner table to play with. Such a kid friendly hotel!
Breakfast was nice and the juice and water bottles in room were also appreciated.
I couldn't find any water fountains or filling stations in the hotel or around the park. The one place I found was in the fitness room. It was nice to have the two free water bottles and apple juices per day but we drink a lot of water between our family of 5.

We enjoyed the stay, our kids had a great time, and breakfast was good.
We got overcharged and double charged when checking in to the hotel, and the kuerig coffee machine in our room did not work.

Staff was extremely helpful and amazing.
Bed was just a little soft for me but that’s just because of back problems I have.

awesome lego theme
property was great. It was the staff that can improve. Ppl in lego jackets pointed me to the lego store for an umbrella. The store pointed me to guest services, who had no idea why I was directed to them.

Activities in the evening for the kids were great.
We paid extra for a suite so that the 5 of us could stay in the same room but the couch bed was horrible. There was no way that anyone could sleep on it. It was honestly the poorest quality sofa bed I have ever seen.

The attention to detail was amazing, the scavenger hunt for the kids to earn their Lego prize in the room our kids really enjoyed, the music in the elevators was amazing.
Having to remember to make dining reservations as plans can change during the day

The theme rooms with kids area are amazing! Loved the treasure hunt and birthday packages!
The pool rule forcing children who can swim to wear life vests anyway just because they are under 48” ruined the kids excitement about the pools and forced us to make plans outside the hotel. our 4 year old is an excellent swimmer and refused to wear the vest which I don’t blame him- they are uncomfortable and made for floating not swimming. My one year old was also forced to wear one even though I was holding him or right beside him playing in water 2” deep.
This policy/rule needs re-evaluated - consent and parental supervision should be required for children swimming.
