Overall good experience.

Room was very clean. Staff was pleasant. Housekeeping was on top of leaving extra toiletries and towels. Value was great. Parking was good, loved that they had spaces that were covered without having to park down in the 1st floor.. Location was Good, Everythin(minimart, walmart, dollar tree, family Kingdom, restaurants etc) was within walking distance. Quick beach access. Indoor(and hottubs) and outdoor pool. Good wifi connection for my daughter lol.

Pools could've been more clean. Was a little inconvenienced by maintenance of the elevator but they fixed it rather quickly.

Pathetic, waste of time and money

We only like the location of the hotel. Nothing else.

1. Check in process was pathetic it took us more than 2 hours to check in 2. Room was not clean. 3. Lights were out in the bathroom 4. Bathroom was not clean water was leaking 5. Hotel premises was dirty too.

WORST STAY EVER!

It was right on the beach within walking distance of the boardwalk and family Kingdom.

Where do i begin... I requested a ground floor room due to a knee surgery and was put in a top floor room and had to use the stairs because the elevator rarely worked. The room smelt so bad and the bed sheets were stained. Toilet wouldn't flush. Water would barely come out of the shower. Shower curtain kept falling down. The stove burners didn't work. The smoke alarms kept going off at night... The people in the front office were extremely rude. Anytime I needed something I had to walk to the hotel next door for help. They didn't have my keys to my room at check in. Again I had to walk to another hotel to pick up my room key. The pools were nasty and had trash floating in them. The hot tubs were only half full. THERE IS SO MUCH MORE....

I like looking out and seeing the ocean.

The ground around ocean plaze was very dirty, the pools had trash in them. We had one plug to use in are room. The lamps had rust on them. Door to are rooms look like they had been knick in. Hot tubes need to have more water in them and the jets need to be fixes

MY NEW HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!!!

This place is awesome a great place to stay noone bothers you. I loved it will be my new hotel when we go to myrtle.

This is the only thing I didnt like was everytime we go on the balcony you got hit with the smell of weed BUT thats at every hotel you stay at there!

Great place to stay!

From checking into checking out. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. It's on the beach which was great. The location was perfect to walk to everything. They have an outdoor pool which was closed, but that was fine because they have an indoor pool and two hot tubs with I used on the cold and cloudy days. Parking was also great because they have above and below ground parking. I have no complaints what so ever.

The price and location was great

Looked like the doors where kicked in and the toilet barely flushed on the 5th floor. You can't get your deposit back until 8:30am, so if you need to leave early in the morning you're screwed!

Great location and great price.

Front desk staff was rude but the repair guy was nice and friendly when we had a issue and fixed it right away. And upon check in even though I paid in full on booking I had to give a $100 cash deposit but it was refunded to me at check out.
