Great staff and great view of the ocean. Hope its better if we come back

The view was great. The staff is great and location is good.

Our room floor tile was busted and taped together, the indoor pool had to much chemical, the outdoor pool is in bad location. There is very lil sun and very windy. And no breakfast causing tourist to go spend alot of money to eat at other places.

Nice place to stay, but needs a few improvements n0

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Great balcony view of the ocean. Easy access to ocean. Nice bathroom and shower. Maintenance request were responded to swiftly.

There was a smell in the hall by our room for the first 2-3 days that resembled marijuana. Ice machine not available, so we were told to get ice from one on the 4th floor. It never worked either. Parking was expensive. It should be included since the hotel owns it. Plus it was a long way to walk. Arches were too low on upper floors for large pickups, so we were told parking on first two was reserved for trucks. The signs were up but not enforced. There are far more cars parked there than trucks. I scrapped my electronics antenna against the archway in order to find a place to park.

I won't ever go back there again

The staff is the only thing I like. The place is really dated. It is false advertisement. It shows completely different pictures of different rooms and none of them look like that. Everything seem to be falling apart. There were things that were dangerous and the price wasn't worth it

A lot of things, the cleanliness, the comfort, comfort the expectation to just weren't met

The property was absolutely disgusting. There was nothing I liked about it besides the fact that there was a balcony view.

There was roaches running around everywhere, there was no maintenance in the building. The rooms were very moist it was almost as if they were sweating. My first night I couldn’t stay in the room I paid for because it was so nasty, they put me in a downgrade room. The staff are nasty and never at the front desk when you need them. The phones don’t work. This place honestly needs to be shut down. William at the front desk said he spoke to the manager to get us a FULL REFUND! And they have yet to send that. They didn’t have towels and when I tried to get towels there was nobody at the front desk. The manager is disrespectful and unprofessional. I hated my stay and this was supposed to be for my birthday if I could rate them 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE! Even the pool is filthy !

Good for price .

Location to the beach, bar for guest ,pools, and staff was great

No breakfast was offered, Really hard to find location,maybe add an arrow as to where to pull in at , Staff was great, Hotel needs lots of updating, Also maybe need to add brooms to rooms for guest to sweep room after going to beach, and since your on a beach provides some where for guest to rinses out swim clothes of sand ,and room to hang stuff to dry .

At least it's close to the ocean

The staff are wonderful! They were very pleasant and accommodating. Desiree was especially helpful and professional. We needed to move rooms, and she checked the new room personally.

If you only care about a clean bed next to the ocean and a friendly staff, this place is a good choice.

Nice room.

No one could give extra blankets. Said it was too late to ask. Coffee pot did not work. Nor did they bring a new one, even though I requested one. Lack of staff. Had to go 4 floors down to find a working ice machine.

The hotel didn't look did it does on the picture. Dirty, a few structures being held up by Jack's and wood. Room was dirty. Mattress hard and disgusting under sheets. Floors were very dirty. The balconys above us were crumbling.

Disappointing

Unable to contact front desk when room was entered by strangers!!! Promised a 1 night refund by manager and have NOT received!!!

Given the wrong room first night. Had to move all belongings the next day and move. Hotel is short staffed, long wait at front desk, phone is disabled, unable to contact desk. Poor customer experience.

Lack of service. It took 2 and a half hrs before I got to check in. It was hot and horrible. One person did walk around with bottles of water asking ppl if they needed water while they waited

It was short but sweet. I would stay again.

For a quick one night stay, it was accommodating. The hotel has access straight onto the beach and the employees were great!

Since it was bike week they were almost sold out. they were honest about the bookings in person; however, online was different.

Location was pretty good

I didn’t like the accessibility and loading area. There are not enough carts to load and unload you luggage with. The pools were out of service. My grandchildren were super disappointed that they couldn’t go swimming between all of us we rented four rooms. Some of the staff were rude. The air conditioning unit was loud and didn’t cool well. There were no spoons in the room. Housekeeping skipped taking the trash out daily.

The beach access and the balcony.

There is still construction going on but it didn’t take away from the property at all. Just wish the entrance was bigger also.

My room was cold and the heat didn’t work so the next morning they gave us another room. We couldn’t sit on the balcony because there were yellow jackets

Nothing like the website.

The fact that it was on the beach.

There was a lot of damage to the room, nothing worked correctly. The microwave didn't work, no safe in the room, the fridge leaked, also the air wasn't cold. We didn't get the room we booked and did not have the opportunity to upgrade. We didn't even have a balcony. The elevators didn't have air, And we got stuck in one.

Will not stay here again.

My great grandkids enjoyed the pool.

The other guest were very noisy slamming doors and talking in the halls loudly. The photos on the web site were nothing like the actual hotel. The room door wouldn’t close all the way, the balcony door was extremely hard to open and the soap dispenser fell off the wall. My granddaughter had $300.00 taken while at the pool.

The fact we could see the ocean was the only good thing about this stay but since I can get that from any of the other beach view hotels we will be staying somewhere else.

The plates, pots and pans were all dirty like they have never been washed in between room cleanings. The shower took almost a full 5 mins before the water was hot enough to take a shower. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk.

Up at 3:am people fighting and slamming doors till ...ugggg we did NOT sleep well, especially, listening to a woman saying a man was pulling her hair. Frightening.

I was very unhappy, my niece was crying she couldn’t use the pool and was scared of the waves.

There was no breakfast. The Staff was the only thing I like

The pool wasn’t in operation, the restaurant wasn’t in operation, no change to the use the arcade. We were there from 04/03-04/07, the room was clean for the week, I had to go to front desk to get clean towels, and toilet tissue, the Elevator was wet and had trash in it, the elevator leading to the parking lot didn’t come for over ten minutes, I had to use the stairs. I was very disappointed.

Never again

It was conveniently located near all the things we had planned.

I didn't like the fact we had to clean the fridge soon as we got in the room due to mold fested in the freezer. The last night of our stay they had a $49 special to stay another night, we were over charged and the water would no longer get hot (guess that's why it was only $49). Lastly the heater didn't work. The first time we stayed there it was great! This time, not even close to the last time. Wish I could upload the pics.
