Great stay.

Enjoyed the kitchen in our apartment, was able to save a little by using the stove, microwave and refrigerator.

Sliding door to the balcony was very hard to open.

considering we were there through the hurricane it was good

location and always feels safe there

the fact that our floors were filthy and my husband brought it to the room service lady and showed her the towels he cleaned the tile floor with how nasty it was. and the spread/comforter didn’t fit the bed at all. we did get clean towels each day.

It's Myrtle Beach!

The room we had should not be rented to ANYONE! Violent, screaming, foul mouth, full-time resident next door. Screaming and yelling every night at 3am. Had to call the police twice. Police were actually there 3 times. Bloody fight one night. Banging on the walls constantly. No offer to move us away from it. No offer for any kind of reduced rate for the conditions. There HAD to be another room they could have moved us to! It was bike week and the bikers were so much more respectful!Would not recommend Holiday Sands to anyone!

Other than a few minor dissatisfactions I enjoyed my stay there. Hope the upkeep of the property improves.

Right on the beach

Carpet needs cleaned. Had visit from water bugs and roaches. Refrigerator was not that cold and it was turned all the way up.

It was right on the beach

The bed were not comfortable and we had to ask for sheets for the couch and Murphy bed and pillows I'm sure they were short staffed like everyone is now days The Lazy River was ruff and would scratch your skin if you rubbed against it.

Overall, good value for a group!

Great location, easy and accessible parking, friendly staff, washer/dryer worked, pools were nice, updated televisions in the rooms, and an unexpected view of the ocean. Overall, this condo accommodated our group of 4 adults and 5 children. We felt it was a good size and we did not have much to complain about.

Found a pair of woman’s underwear that the cleaners missed by the foot of the bed, weak shower pressure in one bathroom, aggressive water pressure in the other bathroom, one of the bedrooms had a fan that we could not get to work, other lamp fixtures didn’t work, and one outlet was out in one bedroom. I felt the price was a tad more than what I would have expected, but it is peak season.

could have been better with a less charging fees. fees charged did not much the poor quality of the hotel.

fruit flies in the room. not value for the money paid. strong sewage smell on ground floor near the pool. we had to get new keys from receptionist daily almost. to be able to get to the parking and to our room.

convenient to the beach and shops etc

the keys never worked especially to get into the parking garage, it wasnt very clean the refridgerator had rust, the pool was inconveniently located in the shade so it never got sun and was always cold, one of our beds were broke and when we tried to call the main desk all of our phones were broke except one and the main desk never would answer

It was in a great location! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the condo part and it was very dated and the pools were absolutely disgusting !

probably won’t book again, this was our second stay here this year

being able to park on same floor

hard to get clean towels because we had a do not hanger on our door, smelled weed the entire stay, people in room next to use fought a lot, staff wasn’t very nice

Will visit again

This is our 2nd stay at holiday sands. Very clean rooms and convenient location. Even the hallway and lobby were spotless.

Beds were a tad uncomfortable. A broom would have been useful to help keep up the room during our stay but definitely no complaints.
