The dirtiest room I have been so far! The dust and dirt is on all surfaces like the room wan not cleaned for weeks. Looks like they only change bed lining. I had to spend about 20 minutes at the check-in because the administrator at the desk struggled with his computer tying to scan my ID. We supposed to stay for two nights but after the first one we left.

Nothing.
Bad location. No amenities, no ice, nothing. This should be a $30 motel.

It was a decent place on the low end of motels, it was clean enough. I mean I still wore flip flops inside. I’ve stayed in worse. I didn’t see any bugs or signs of rodents.
The manager/owner kept looking in my room (literally walking up the stairs and staring in my door or window) and invading my privacy, checking to see “how many people were inside”. I stayed alone but did have friends drop by to say hi to me since I was only in town a few days. It was very invasive plus a camera pointing right at my room from the outside. I followed all the rules. Nobody had any animals, or smoked or drank or even ate food. There were never more than 2 or 3 max people at any given time. No incidental charges were incurred. I’d not stay there again or recommend for this motel for that reason. It felt very violating, especially as a single female traveler.

Easy to get to, and get into. The staff member was quick and i got into my room within 10 mins of getting there.
There wasnt running water.

The room smelled bad, bedding obviously old and worn some burns on comforter. But the worst was a razor blade on the air conditioner.

Location to restaurants and airport
The password of the wifi didn't work

Location was decent.
The rooms were stinky like 50 year old smoke. The staff was rude and unfriendly.
2.0
Interfacing with the staff was minimal, only during check in and out but was efficient.
The air conditioner was in a state of disrepair, only providing a slight flow temperate of air, the walls in several places had what could be viewed as blood spatter, the trash was collected (piled) no more than 6' from the room entrance, behind and under each fixture in the room contained remnants of previous guests.
3.0
Location. Easy check in
Made it a point to emphasize it was a non-smoking room and to smoke outside but the room was definitely smoke in. Stains on the chair and sheets

Nothing!
NEVER stay here!!! The room has never been cleaned!!!!!!! There was not microwave as it was provided by the hotel. Breakfast was included, but it was not served!!!!!!! Wi-Fi was insecure.
4.0
On the main strip. Either way you can hit the highway. Lot was well lit. Quiet and quaint. There was someone at the office all night.
Room could have more tidy.

Literally nothing
DO NOT waste you time, money, or a good night's sleep staying here! The lobby and rooms reek of cigarette smoke (even though smoke-free), the bathrooms are disgusting, sheets so scratchy, and no breakfast in the morning as advertised. Man working the reception was rude and also was not wearing a mask when we checked in which made me question any COVID precautions the motel took.
Additionally, there was a woman shrieking in the room next door from about 11pm to 1am. The cops came but she went into her room. The man working the reception didn't do anything about it after we called repeatedly. Next, drug deals started happening in the room above ours from around 1am-5am which kept my partner up all night and he could hear everything. Sooooo many sketchy people around, horrible part of Medford.
Do NOT come here!!!! Spend an extra $30 and stay at the Holiday Inn Express lol!

The owner was incredibly sweet- and let me check out late because I was waiting for my truck at the service center. It was right downtown and convenient. Affordable and clean.
Nothing was wrong.
