I was refused to check into my room because of being late tp check in. Upon asking for a refund, the woman working tje counter threatened to call the police on me amd me and my spouse had to sleep in our car in the parking lot. Also, had to have my bank dispute the refund because in fact the employee that was refusing to let us check in, KEPT my money and never refunded it. Got my money back now a mo th later because of my bank disputed it for me. You guys need to get rid of that lady.

The location was great, there was several good restaurants very close less then 5 minutes away. the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about what was located near by. The complementary breakfast was very good.
The shower curtain rod was loose at one end so the curtain would not stay closed and it let a large amount of water on the floor. The towels could of been softer.

Clean, quiet, good price, glad to have hot tub and pool.
The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast cook was loudly upset because all the eggs/sausage/bacon was gone after a large crew of workers had eaten. If he had been paying attention he could have been better prepared.

Location is great.
We usually go to the Rogue Regency next door. We didn't stay there this time because we had our cat with us. The room had two queen beds and the room was way too small for them. The staff at the front desk had toddlers with large toys. Every time we left or came back we had to walk around toys. We went for a medical procedure. My husband was given a light sedative and was woozy when we got back. It was very difficult to dodge toys and get to our room. The bathroom was redone to accommodate a wheel chair but there was little room to walk around the beds so not sure what the point of having the handicap bath was for. The extra large bathroom door, made it difficult to get out the door to the hall. You had to almost close it to be able to use the door. The desk was so tiny I could barely set my laptop on it. Almost no space between the desk and the end of one bed. We were given sheets to put over the beds because they were concerned about pet hair. Not sure why because, the floors were utterly filthy. Just walking from the bathroom to the beds, my feet were black. Every Comfort Inn we have stayed at has had many problems from broken elevators to just dirty rooms, or rude staff. We will never stay at another Comfort Inn.

Customer service was nearly non existent.
They just took our money and we got nothing in return

The staff is always friendly every time we go. They always treat us and our dogs with kindness. Their breakfast is wonderful-- there is always a variety to choose from.
I didn't like that they removed the grass and replaced it with rocks-- it made it more difficult for taking our dogs out to use the bathroom. Also, we had to request to have our room clean, when in the past, it has always been done daily.

Quiet
Comfortable mattress
Trying to enter into property. Needs better signage.
Greeter was distracted by a supervisor. It was just a little awkward.
The bathroom ceiling had been affected by a water leak from the unit upstairs. Ceiling was compromised and stained.

This dog-friendly hotel was close to the freeway yet quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was the standard fare with plenty of options. The staff was welcoming and helpful.
I with the extra fee for the dog was posted upfront. I don't mind paying for it, but for planning and budget purposes, it would be good know there is one.

comfortable beds. many restaurants close by. friendly and helpful staff. I liked the lemon water and the free coffee at the entrance and the fact that the copier was there for us to use.
iron didn’t work, if they know there are 4-5 people staying there they should add more shampoo and conditioner.

Nice clean rooms.
The staff could be more pleasant

Very quiet and easy to get to. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Comfortable clean room.
The coffee provided in the room was awful....really awful. No amount of creamer or sugar could make that coffee drinkable. You might want to invest in a better brand of coffee for the rooms.

Clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast.
Pool requires refreshment, at least cosmetic.

A bit of a challenge to find the driveway to get to the hotel. Mapquest had a challenge with a the various driveways

Coffee facilities were not great.

I enjoyed the late hours of the pool and spa. Staff was great, especially Karen, the night front desk clerk. Karen went above and beyond to ensure a quality stay. The room was basic and wonderfully clean!!!
The only complaint I have is location. It is centrally located but it also can send you in circles if you miss a turn! Other than that my stay was fabulous.

The breakfast was more than I expected, and it helped - one less thing to worry about in the morning.
