Location, breakfast
Never was told that there would be a 30.00 pet fee, and after paying it at the front desk I found that there website says 20.00 pet fee! So not happy
8.0
The pool, the room, the free breakfast.
Breakfast food was pretty limited.

not much
horrible breakfast!! got there at 6:10am, ran out of food & did NOT refill it !!!!

Nice staff, comfy bed good breakfast, accommodating and awesome indoor pool!
I had a tough tome getting my key to work in any doors. I met some ladies and they too had issues using they're key. It did work but took anywhere from 5 to 10 times inserting and reinserting key for it to work. My room and the pool. Some shady people at the park by parking lot but they didn't cause trouble and didn't hear them once in room. Either issue was not a big deal and I would definitely stay there again

I liked the artwork
The bed was uncomfortable and getting a receipt at or door on the morning of check out and the pool was unusable

The staff was very polite, helpful and accommodating.
The tables in the double queen room have only one chair for the dinning table.

Good breakfast
Spa and laundry were broken. They charged my credit card 2 times unauthorized, one before I checked out which I was told I'd get a refund for (still fighting to get my money back a week later) then a second time after I checked out. ( still fighting to get my money back)
The hotel was dirty, and we had to change rooms 3x because they all smelled so bad or were dirty.
Super unhappy

Breakfast was yummy and the staff was friendly.
My room was a nonsmoking room but it wreaked of smoke and it was really strong too. Not ideal since we were traveling with two children.

Close to shops if you need anything when stay here.
Really strong Marijuana smell on the 3rd floor hallway when we stayed. And smell it from our bathroom vent.
Elevator is very slow and we ended up to take the stairs most of the time.
Be prepared to hear dogs barking 24/7 as this is the pet friendly hotels.

Free breakfast which started early enough for us to eat before we left.
Front desk manager was rude. Clearly she was having a bad day and it was reflected in how she interacted with customers. We had called hotel at 3am and had been informed that hotel was low census and for a $50 up charge we would be able to check in early. However, when we arrived the manager was clearly annoyed when we informed her that this is what we were told and she refused to allow us to get into a room before 3pm. We were sent out into the community to “busy” ourselves until 3pm.

The hot tub.

The front office staff was great!
The person closing down breakfast on the 23rd was rude, pretended like I didn’t exist. The rooms were subpar. There were tags behind the tv dresser. A sports bra in the closet, the shower was dirty.
9.0
It was very quiet.
The closet doors were off the tracks, There is only one chair in the room. When I went for breakfast, the hot food was not available, however when my husband went later it was.

The breakfast was okay except for the very stale bagels.
The AC/H equipment is impossible to turn off...it wants to go off and on all night. Location is very close to the freeway and so the trucks are very noisy when taking the exit that lands them within a block of the motel.

Clean hotel with breakfast included.
Booked hotel for 2 adults and kids, paid in full on booking.com. When we arrived , hotel staff wanted to charge us for the kids , like we never paid , plus new rules, etc.

Easy close to shopping and restaurants. Nice breakfast and pool
Needs a little remodeling. Some things old/broken in room.

Bed was super comfy, bathroom is huge, clean and felt safe. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast.
Too many kids in the pool. Not the hotels fault. I wish hotels had an adult only swim at the end of the night for people who just want to enjoy the pool without kids. I love kids but they are loud in an indoor pool. They were having the best time it seemed like.

The location was right off the freeway close to different stores and also restaurants as well as the staff was very accommodating and friendly the rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable the breakfast was great it was definitely a good place to stop and sleep for the night and they have an indoor pool

Convenient location to the softball fields, staff was friendly and hospitable
One bed was super firm and made my back hurt the next day. Switched to the other bed in the room which was super comfy and slept like a baby.
6.0
The breakfast was adequate. Rooms aren’t cleaned every day unless you ask
3.0
The beds were soft
My 6 year old had eye surgery so we stayed two nights at the hotel. I asked for an extra thing of coffee pods and shampoo/ conditioner but never got it. There was an oder of sewage when the window was open. Also I burned my thumb on the faulty waffle maker(it was not mounted and slide around when flipping it for the timer)
7.0
there was a big space under the door leading from the room to the outside hall so we had to put a towel down to fill the gap

No words exceptional good in hotel industry

Staff was one of the most helpful and kind lady's I've delt with at a hotel and I travel often so that says alot. We got in late and she allowed a late checkout without extra charge. She came to make sure we had towels for the pool and showed us all the amenities. Room was clean and comfortable.
Cleaning staff was slightly loud but nothing to really complain about.
