Surprisingly well equipt and super clean.

Everything was exactly as listed. Room was just for me so the size was perfect. Easy check in and very quiet place except road noise. Microwave, coffee pot and fridge - what else do you need. Bathroom was well stocked and the room itself was nicely decorated and clean.

The outside lights, for safety I’m guessing, kinda shine through the wooden window covers making the room a bit lit up at night. Also it’s located on the main road through town which is great but the road noise went on past 10 pm. I left the fan on inside the room to help drowned it out.

This motel served us well as a resting place on our way travelling north by car.

We appreciated the upgraded room with modern fixtures and a comfortable bed.

The area where the motel is located seemed a bit unsafe; there were loud cars and motorcycles traveling down the street in front.

Not quiet and gross.

The look of the rooms was newly remodeled.

Just because they painted and had new flooring doesn't mean it was nice- or clean. All of the door handles were gross and the floor was filthy. I always thought use slippers at a motel and the bottoms of mine by the next morning were BLACK.( I use flesh white slippers so I know how dirty the floors are.) Theres no thermostat on the A/C, so its either running or off. The neighborhood is NOT quiet, and it's a bad neighborhood downtown. They have to buzz you in using a ring camera at the front desk because they have to keep their door locked. The vending machine outside was 100% empty. There is no ice maker, you have to ask for ice from the office and they don't use a liner in ice bucket (yuk!)

I would say this is a comfortable motel! Some of the things we liked: - Curtains blocks out street light - No bed bugs or cockroaches - Safe neighbourhood - Free Parking

A delightful upscale motel in the “city center” of Medford, just as the neon sign says.

I loved the Neon sign from past decades, and yet the motel is completely renovated with new and upscale amenities & decor. There were many restaurants and pubs in walking distance in the downtown location

The room was clean and the location was walkable to dinner and breakfast. It is a really cute place. Our room was exactly like the photo.

Room itself was decent. Very small, clean. Person at desk was friendly.

Room was too bright at night from outside lights. Road noise was loud. Heater/AC wall unit was very loud kicking on and off.

Superb

We valued the effort that has recently gone into sprucing up this downtown motel. There were plenty of cool design touches that improved comfort and aesthetics over a standard hotel room. We were impressed with the coziness and feel of the place and will certainly return. Also the location is ideal!

nice location in the old downtown district. could walk to most places. new furnishings.

the room smelled of mold. not sure why. everything was repainted. but it is an old, refurbished hotel. lots of loud cars racing in the night - not the hotels fault.

They understand hospitality!

Management was enthusiastic and helpful. I asked for a breakfast recommendation. Management recommended a restaurant around the corner. It was hands down the most delicious breakfast I have ever eaten! Fresh baked biscuit for eggs Benedict with bacon, avocado, and micro greens. Mmmm. My room had bright accent colors, was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed!

I now have a great place to stay in Southern Oregon. I drive often between Washington and California.

My room looked like it could have been recently remodeled because everything seemed new, very modern accessories, really clean, great TV and a lot of channels, beautiful bathroom. Great location, easy access to I-5. And the manager was really friendly, upgraded my room on a slow evening. Parking is right in front of our rooms. Very cheerful, colorful painted property, and beautiful, colorful flowers outside. I love this motel.
