Convenient location in front of beach, just pricey for small room and beds.

Liked the location, so close to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. I liked that they had parking.

It is very expensive for how small the rooms are, the beds should be queen size instead of full size for that price, I wish they included beach tags with their price, I wish the parking lot was directly behind it but you have to walk around the block and behind another lot further away.

Good place to stay

Hotel is close to everything, room was clean. Not too noisy outside the room. Parking behind hotel was easy to get to.

Bathtub drain took a while to drain and the room smelled a little bit musty upon entering. After turning the ac on, it was better. Also, there was no fan in the bathroom.

Staying at the Heritage Inn made our trip to Cape May extremely comfortable we will be back

We love the location. We park our car and we can walk to all shops and locations for meals. Love being close to the beach but a little chilly this time. We will definitely book again hopefully next year. Absolutely love the maid service from b r i e. Very friendly and she's very accommodating. Also absolutely love the roof top deck and comfy chairs that put the Cherry on the bowl of ice cream

So many other charming inns in Cape May.

Cape May is a charming destination. Heritage Inn is well-located, BUT SO ARE A FEW DOZEN OTHER PROPERTIES.

VERY VERY overpriced for a room with a view of hallway wall. Had to drag my bag up two flights of exterior stairs in the rain. Amenities and decor similar to Motel 6. Had to find breakfast elsewhere. Parking lot is around the block.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room decor is nice. The location is prime.

There were tiny bugs flying around, the limited parking lot is small and hard to park in, and the outlet was not working.

Roof deck was beautiful, with a great view of the ocean. Great location, just across the road from the beach. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

There was no elevator, which made carrying heavy bag up 3 flights of stairs difficult for someone with back problems. Next time we'll request a room on the first floor.

Friendly staff, great location, and comfortable lodging.

The staff was very friendly and the location was great! The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had recently been renovated and was very nice! There was a pool and roof top deck with a view of the ocean and comfortable seating. Parking was free.

There were no umbrellas at the pool or on the roof top deck. We were told before we arrived that they didn't have an oceanfront room available, however, we didn't expect to only have a wall view out our window. TV was very small and the room had a musty smell.

Location was great, and staff was friendly.

Not the best choice to have tile on bathroom floor - too slippery. Fine in the shower, but a bit dangerous once you stepped out - no mats or rugs. Also, that "rounded" shower rod would keep the curtain from hitting you when you are in the shower. It looks like a recent renovation - the contractor should have pointed both these issues out to management.

Great location made our stay worth it overall.

Great location! Staff was super nice and friendly. Pool was clean and we usually had it to ourselves when we wanted it. Rooftop deck/sun deck is really nice! It was great being directly across from the beach for breaks from the sun.

You can hear a lot of road noise from inside the room (street cleaners started at around 6am with really loud leaf blowers one morning and delivery men start early with their trucks) but I guess that's what you get for wanting to be on Beach Ave. Kind of wish the room decor was more updated (bedspreads and carpeting) but everything was clean so that's good.

Limited parking in a remote lot that was always full. Had to pay to park on the street.

We were impressed with our first stay in Cape May and the hotel fit our needs.

The room was big, especially the bathroom. We were on the first floor so it was easy to get to the pool and leave the property without having to go up and down flights of stairs. The rooftop deck was nice in the evening to enjoy the views of the ocean. Easy access to the beach that was located right across the street.

Not much to dislike. Could have use more outlet locations to charge cell phones. Parking was somewhat challenging as we had to park around the block in a lot for the Heritage Inn. But since we weren't driving until we left, was a non issue.

location awesome, cleaned very well, great bathroom and comfortable beds. 2 year old slept thru ngt.

very clean, great location and friendly staff

little loud at night but hey it is for family with kids, we at times maybe was loud with 2 year old.....over all a great place
