Nothing I was very disappointed

The staff was the worst. We asked for towels and both days they told us they couldn’t bring it up to us.

Would not stay again.

Location and Staff were great

Room was uncomfortable, Wifi cost extra and was terribly slow. Overall condition of the hotel was poor. There was only decaf coffee offered in the rooms, even when asked about regular coffee.

It was our home away from home!!!!

The absolutely best feature of our visit was the front desk receptionist Day!!! She was helpful in every aspect and has the most welcoming personality. We also loved the coffee shop and Maverick's. The bedding and pillows were spectacular, and the hotel floor was so quiet. WE LOVED OUR VISIT.

Great stay

I got the whirlpool king suite and it was great. I live in the city and just wanted a quick quiet day away for my birthday. The room was big and spacious. The bed was to die for it was literally so comfortable I never wanted to get out. The tub was great. Great water pressure. Long enough for me to stretch out and deep. There was a hair in the tub when I first got there which kinda grossed me out but assuming it had been awhile since the tub was used and it wasn't much so I just wiped the tub down myself and enjoyed. Pretty bathroom. I didn't like the small mirror in the bathroom but there is a full size mirror in the room. The windows are dirty and cloudy but I didn't have a great view anyway so I just kept them closed. The hotel itself is quiet but I got woken up several times from the outside street noise and construction. Wish they had room service. It was nice I could request my car by text. The staff was very nice. Definitely coming back.

Cannot go above gentleman 8; only because of staff and location does it get an 8. Zero for quiet stay!

Front desk, asst managers were great as was Nicole of housekeeping!

Booking errors with booking .com had to be sorted out initially and at the end; was not on hotel radar after booking and pricing was off Room etc a bit dated but very large, nice. Noise! Asked for no lockoff!!! ……. Naturally got one with loud blabber mouth behind lockoff door!! Recorded it/her thru my room! Housekeeping heard her loud too; but not half the night like I did! I had to bundle my ears with pillows so I could try to sleep! Ridiculous! She checked out next day but some blabbermouth was there for a while; weird but seemingly not all day. Told desk don’t put anyone there and I think they complied. Meaning: why lockoffs, noise? That for you? People very nice, downstairs bar good. Do not get a room w lockoff if you want silence!

The price was not worth it!!!!

The location was good for all the places we needed to be.

My room didn’t have any windows,the $100 a night extra added to the cost for cleaning fees. A lot of the lights didn’t work in our room,ceiling fan was very noisy,room was very dusty,no instructions on how to properly use the jet tub and all its features!!

It was decent and enjoyed being able to soak in the tub but overall not what I would expect for $300

We enjoyed the tub, the restaurant down stairs and the overall look to the hotel.

The room was noisy, we could hear everything from the street. It was also smaller than expected, we were only given 2 bottles of water which were $2 each and barely any coffee supplies for the keurig in the room.

Staff was friendly

Broken A/C in room and shower was dirty. Attached restaurant was the worst dinning experience I’ve ever had. Bartenders/waiters would not acknowledge guests and were very slow.

Great location and friendly service.

My friend and I stayed here to attend the Taylor Swift concert and our entire experience was wonderful. I don't know what all the staff had to deal with handling that many people, but they were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. The hotel and coffee shop staff exceeded our expectations.

Our favorite hotel in Cincinnati !

The location is great. The classic architecture of the hotel is wonderful. Room and bed were very comfortable overall. Amenities overall were great.

Conversation and walking noise from other rooms bled through into our room. The room could have been quieter from outside noise.

Save your Money and stay somewhere else!

the shower was very nice and good food around area.

Uncomfortable beds. no microwave or phone in the room. Not very clean (hand prints in shower, dirt in tub). More then half the electronics in the bathroom for tub, shower, radio, tv didn’t work or were completely broken. When I went to ask the staff if this was normal she asked me “what would you like me to do about it?” Shower leaked through the wall into separate toilet causing massive puddles to clean after every shower. large gap in the bottom of our rooms door to the hallway so we could hear everything from outside and I’m sure they could hear us as well. you can hear everything out on the streets at night from cars to people yelling. “Breakfast included price” means you pay for what you think is a buffet or a continental breakfast and it’s a $30 credit per day to get a drink and breakfast sandwich in their coffee shop. That price is for the whole party not per person. Not worth the price at all!

Location as it was close to everything. 2nd and last time every staying here.

So many issues I can't even fit them all. From no heat in three different rooms, stains on walls and shower curtains, mold in bathroom tiles, lights not working, bathroom door locks not working, refrigerator frozen and not working, restaurant and coffee shop closed Fri. Sat. And Sun. There was no where to eat or even get a cup of coffee. They also canceled the room service they previously had ro offerr. On top of it all a very rude manager Amr Baker whom refused to help and only kept repeating hope you enjoy your stay........unbelievable... The abousloute worse part was while parked in the parking garage someone broke our car window and stole all the Christmas gifts we brought to our family.. this has to be the worse stay at any Hilton I have ever had.
