Excellent location and valet service staff
Hotel staff changed the room I had reserved with no explanation, appeared annoyed when checking out, simply saying "ok" when handing over room key and stating we were checking out. Nothing else - barely looked up from computer. No hot water for 2 days, no hair dryer (wasn't needed because there was no hot water to shower), no temperature control in the room - set the thermostat to 68, and AC just kept running and getting colder to 65. Eventually turned it off entirely. Hole in the wall at thermostat.

Staff was very friendly and service dedicated ! From the valet parking to the people at the front desk to the people serving breakfast, and to a lady that made sure we knew where we were going before we left!
Weak coffee food was just ok

Booking.com double charged me for the rooms and even though I have contacted them they have not responded to my request for a credit. Will not be using Booking.com again.

Breakfast selection was nice and good variety. But slow to refill certain items despite asking. Would have also liked to have a regular coffee option , not just dark roast and decaf. Hotel location was excellent - close proximity to many areas of town and great restaurant choices.
I would have liked to have a refrigerator in the room as well as a clock. Also the bathroom did not have a fan, so it was steamy after showering. Extra roll of toilet paper was placed on a high shelf which is challenging for a petite woman of 5'1"

It’s was average, it doesn’t look like the picture at all though
It looked old, the paint was dull and it looked run down

Room was clean & comfortable.
Staff was courteous. Near concert venue.
Very difficult to find. Passed it up twice before seen the narrow banner sign. Had to park in public garage ($48 for overnight!). No direct connection between garage & hotel. No access to luggage carts. Entrance NOT obvious. (“Enquirer” over the door.). Check-in on the 2nd floor; ground floor had only elevators. Room very basic. No ‘fridge or microwave. Room for up to 4 guests, but only ONE chair, a rolling one! Disappointing for Hampton Inn!

The architecture, decorations and location.
The shower was very slippery. Both my husband and I almost fell. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but by 8:45am there was no food and only one cup left for coffee. We waited but nothing more was brought out. We were charged $42 for valet parking which we didn’t use. When I called the number on our receipt it said the number was disconnected. I called the toll free number and they weren’t able to refund me (I already paid $28 for self park in a garage). Waiting to see if this gets rectified.

It was perfect for our visits to the museums and the aquarium.
Breakfast was a little disappointing.

I loved the location, the Free Breakfast was delicious, for the most part Clean just.
We call the front desk to fix our lights they came up asked did we turn on the switch that controls them? We said yes, it worked at first then once we tried using them again after they told us they fixed it, the lights were out again when we came back to hotel, so the front desk asked us do we want her to send someone back up? Because those lights were reported before by someone, we said no Because apparently it's a shortage, so we didn't have lights in our bathroom or the washer hand area the whole weekend and we were there from Thursday to Sunday. And it was a bad smell on the 15th floor, and those elevators/hallways has no Fans or Air conditioner probably why the halls smell likes that no ventilation and on the elevator I almost passed out on due to no ventilation like a fan or air conditioner. But everything else was fine with me. Antwon that worked as a food preparation I guess was very nice when things ran out he made sure he brought more out at 9:15 as when we told others that they were out of it, they never came back with anything. And the lady Mrs. Day, at the register was Very helpful. I'm a Hilton honor I feel like they should have given me a free night to stay but they didn't even offer to switch rooms with me, they wanted to keep sending people to half fix the lights.

Location was wonderful. Staff (Specifically a woman named Day) was amazing. Her hospitality was top notch.

The amount of well lighted mirrors in the room was perfect for 2 women and their daughters to get ready for a cheer competition! It was also clean and the breakfast was delicious.
The outside signage was not noticeable at night. The city is hard to navigate already with all the curves. We drove past it 2 times and finally just picked a parking garage in hopes that we were close. You need to make the signs more noticeable!
