We addressed leaving the hotel early and not staying the scheduled time.

Location

The cleanliness and the waiting time for a scheduled check in,which happened a hour later. The staff were rude and unprofessional as well as inattentive.

Very good

The room was bigger than what the picture shows. It was very clean and was a quick process to get checked in and out. The location was excellent with a lot of restaurants around to go eat that was a plus. Will definitely be staying again. If you're going for a game or festival this is the place to be. You won't be disappointed.

Other guests staying up outside pass 2 in the morning no staff on location to tell the other guest it's time to shut it down.

Ok 550 for two nights is too much.

Breakfast. And the people who served it. Above and beyond.

Spare blankets had long hairs All over them. Floors were kind of clean. Spot cleaned. No towels at the pool. Asked the black lady where they were and she said they are there. I said they were not. She just stared. Found them myself. At the gym. No big deal.

The pool was very cold. usually the pool and pool room are very warm in temperature. my daughter was shivering after 20 minutes.

Great place, but it needs a little love.

We stay here frequently to visit family in Cincy. it is always very easy and comfortable, the staff are really nice, and the style of rooms is perfect for a slightly longer stay. Our kids love the pool.

The sofa bed mattresses are disgusting and need to be replaced. The plastic cups and cutlery at breakfast really should be replaced with something more sustainable. And the rates have gone up dramatically.

excellent hotel with prices a bit too high

excelente gym, adequate swimming pool, just barely long enough to swim laps and get in a workout. very good breakfast, nice outdoor area with some games. enjoyed playing ping pong on the patio.

I've never stayed at a Marriott property before and I'm a customer for life now!!

I actually booked this room for my nephew and his girlfriend. I was staying at the Courtyard Marriott and they were out of rooms so this was perfect, to be able to have them literally right across the parking lot, I could see their room from my room and the best thing was I didn't have to be present for them to check in. as they arrived after me. The option to be able to say I'm booking for someone else was a great added feature.
