Clean and cheery and good location
It’s alittle overpriced for what it is, but there isn’t much around in Davies so they’ve captured the market! Seems like some days they have lots of breakfast options, not so much the morning we stayed.

The property itself was great. The staff was awesome.
The suites do not have air-conditioning, regardless of what is listed on the booking site. I had initially booked the two bedroom suite but had to be switched to the other building so that we had air-conditioning because it was 90°.

The only thing we liked was Cleo. She was exceptional.
The bed sheets were so nasty. The breakfast was awful. The location was awful. There was nothing to do once you got back to the inn and there wasn't anywhere decent to eat. We should have been given a discount for our stay because of the nasty sheets. If there had been another place to stay we would have gone somewhere else.

Nice and clean. Comfortable.
Staff were friendly and had a cheerful attitude. Chloe was wonderful and very personable.
It's a newer place so had noise issues, being that it needs sound buffering of some type. More wall hangings, furniture. Maybe some art hangings from the Tamarack!! Before I even mentioned it, the receptionist mentioned that they were aware & planning on making changes to soundproof further.

room was very clean and nicely remodeled. the breakfast is not what most people are used to they had muffins toast but they did they had creamed beef if you don't like that they had fresh fruit and other items.
The one thing I always check no matter what kind of hotel we stay at is the AC filter and this one was pretty bad it may have not been checked in a while, but with a little cleaning it was good as new and it made the room smell fresher and AC was way cooler.

Clean room. Very nice presentation in lobby of inn (snacks, drinks, breakfast each morning, couch and tv in waiting area, some helpful brochures on town of Davis and things to do nearby). Mini-fridge in room, hair dryer, lots of bath towels, shampoo conditioner and body soap dispensers in shower, makeup remover wipes on counter, ice bucket, ironing board, closet, nightstands with receptacles on them, tv, wifi, desk with chair.
There really wasn’t much of anything that we didn’t like! If we had to ‘knit-pick’ one thing though I guess it would be the noise level. We were in a room down the hall from the registration desk which got kinda loud, as well as an annoying beeping noise from something in that direction. But we didn’t have any trouble sleeping!

The wall and the door are very non insulating so you will hear all the sound of the other customers inside the hostel …

Great location to Timberline, rates were reasonable. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection.

Cleanliness and NO CARPET!!! I have always wondered why hotels use carpet..., this is only the second place I have stayed that did not have that sticky, disgusting carpet!!
Walls are thin, we stayed at the end farthest from the front desk. We heard every beep of the microwave from the front.
