The room was big enough and updated and affordable
I had to sweep and mop my own room. It was filthy. The floor was stick with hair all over the floor and lots of other things. My son crawl and his pants was dirty with long hairs all over him. I asked for a broom and mop and I was given them with an offer to clean the room even tho this was my first night and I literally just checked in the room and had to start cleaning it right away. I only spent one night no more. I didn’t have breakfast was afraid to eat there. If there are not cleaning the room I don’t want them preparing my food.

I liked that our room had no carpet. It’s always dirty so glad to see it not there.

Very recently remodeled rooms: new everything. Quiet room. Easy access to mall and main highway. Near to restaurants.
Recent remodeling was perhaps quickly completed. The sticker was still on the bathroom counter and elsewhere. Paint overspray in areas. Seemed overpriced.

The staff was great.
Didn't care for the black mold in the shower. I also could have been closer to more stores.

Nice room. Very clean. Breakfast was good.
No hangars. No iron. No HD tv.

Only one light worked, only one plug in worked, no microwave, I could hear rap music all night & when I left at 4 am for work I got told coffee wasn't available till 6 am . .... Pretty lame.

Location was great. There was no breakfast because of remodeling. Should have given us a discount if no breakfast was available.
Hair on floor of bathroom. Ceiling had water damage. Outer layer of glass in window was broken. There was no clerk to be found when checking out. (7 a.m. on Saturday.) Could not get receipt, so just left. Rang bell on counter several times and nobody showed up.

Breakfast is no longer available at this location. One of our rooms had to be changed because the lights didn't work. We stayed on the second floor and most of the rooms had notes on the doors stating what didn't work in that room.the room across the hall had boards nailed to the door like it had been kicked in at some point. There were stains on the carpet and chair in one of our rooms. The other room had cut up straws left on the floor in the bathroom. We suspected for drug use. I understand that staffing can be an issue but if a hotel makes people nervous to stay there then maybe it shouldn't be open.

Pool was open, kids played and enjoyed themselves.
There was a lady being trained in and the trainer was rude. Thankfully not to me, but to other people staying there. I know they don't have many employees working, but work with a smile on your face!
There was not much for a breakfast selection.

it was affordable compared to other hotels in the area. staff was friendly.
it was not clean at all from the trash all along the outside of the property to the unclean bathrooms, this place needs a lot of work on its cleaning.
2.8
it was a good location to where I needed to be
it was clean but needed maintenance and updating
2.8
Location is central.
Cleanliness of room and linens left a lot to be desired. Check in was simple but when I went to check out the desk was unmanned and when I called, I think I woke the guy up. For a smoke free hotel, there was plenty of smoke in the air. I booked because I expected a clean room in a decent location. For the price, I should have gotten just that.
