Says continental breakfast there was some cereal couple pieces of bread and a couple bagels no cups for coffee then when you ask for one she just got angry.

The coffee tasted like instant coffee.

It was clean and housekeeper was fabulous.
The staff could be a bit nicer and not so rude. I paid for this room because breakfast was included only to find the next morning NO BREAKFAST was offered.

What breakfast they never had it set up.
I didn’t like the front desk staff. She was very unprofessional. Who in there right mind ask a guest for a 100.00 deposit when you’re use your debit card. I work at a Motel and I work the front desk and I’m not as rude as she was.

The breakfast was delicious. It's always easy to check in and out of here..the rooms are upgraded and comfy. One of my go to places!
It took a minute to get someone to front desk...but it was late so I didn't expect a full staff.

Nothing it wreaked of cigarettes and we both got sick. We didn't even stay in the hotel. We left and canceled our reservation and we're still charged.
Everything about this place was sketchy

Breakfast was good
Not clean enough especially towels
4.0 / 5.0
Our room was clean and in good repair, the bed was comfortable and we were provided with more than just a bed sheet!
The "chain lock" (the lock above the deadbolt), was broken and unusable.

They just did a rehab on the old gal! Kinda nice location. Definitely needed a tv upgrade. Bathtub was fabulous. Lots of hand holds! Bed was ridiculously flimsy but comfy. Both fridge & micro. Stayed in the king-size room.
Not much nearby. Old tv. Not a real bed. More like a couch pullout bed. No shampoo bottles & breakfast was very limited. Should've had a hot breakfast 😔 Window a/c was ok but floor model woulda been better!

I liked that the room was clean and comfortable for the price. I liked that it didn't smell like smoke like these cheap hotels usually do.
I didn't like getting woke up at 1 am by someone banging violently at my door and then having a police man lightly knock several minutes later. I could not tell it was a real policeman until I looked out the window and saw him leaving because the peephole was broken out with a bandaid covering it.

It is located in a decent part of town sort of. For an out-of-town traveler that wants to be close to the mall several restaurants entertainment etc it's not going to get much better however that's where the appeal stops.
My trip starts by getting a room through booking for 2 days on the website dogs are $10 per night and it's either a $100 cash deposit or a credit/debit card upfront. And she assures me I have the opportunity to pay the room in cash when I leave my car to will not be ran until the day I leave 48 hours from the time I checked in. However that was not the case at all when I get there I'm greeted by a very rude individual she immediately asks for my debit card still pretty standard and then demands a $100 cash deposit on top of it along with $20 a night cash up front for the dog not 10 at the end. Okay it could be worse here we go. I pay the deposit pay for the puppy and head to my room. Walking in I am greeted by what seems to be a fairly freshly painted hallway (very very amateurishly recently painted mind you) painters plastic lays half taped half torns blowing in the breeze of the open entry door because it's bent and doesn't close properly. After slipping and sliding with a puppy in tow and a couple duffel bags we make it down the hallway from hell to our room. Where we are greeted by a room that has to be somewhere in the upper 80s to mid-90s due to the fact that the AC has been turned off. Not exactly the cooling refreshing greeting I was hoping for. It just gets worse from there. The owner and the neighborhood drug dealer apparently use the parking lot to wash and detail their cars daily so that's cool watching crackheads come and go all hours of the day and night but if all that sounds appealing I'd check it out.

Better than what I expected
The bed was poor. Towels worn. No tissues or extra toilet paper roll.

Nothing it was horrible the entire place
The towels were all dirty, the staff was rude beyond measures. Looks like the owner was in the middle of remodeling due a roll of carpet being outside in hallway!!! I asked for clean towels and the front desk clerk was acting as if I did something wrong for even asking him to help me!!!!!!!

Staff was accommodating and friendly.
Located near to all major shops and fastfood chains.
A bit run-down. Used towel still hanging behind the washroom door when we came in.

*** Edit*** Although we were unable to stay the night because we felt our safety was at risk, this hotel refused to provide a refund of any kind. A broken security lock and an open hole in the door where the peephole was would leave anyone feeling a little uneasy. Let alone two young women. Hotel refused to make the situation right, so I would avoid this place at all costs. ***
Oh my God. I'm still shaking so bad. My sister and I just stayed at this hotel because it was raining out and we needed a shower. Normally we camp and sleep in our van. So we aren't super picky...... immediately I had sketch vibes about the people hanging around and should have listened to my instinct!!!
It was old and run down. Fine. The bathroom was in rough shape with broken tiles patched up by a 5 year old and soggy water logged wall. fine. Patches in the walls and it stunk sooooo bad. We even let that go. You get what you pay for. But the security lock was broken and had a screw in its place, and the peep hole was gone, with just a piece of tape over it. Freaked me out. So I double enforced the door with a strap, even with my sister thinking I was being silly. I said over and over I had bad vibes.
We left to go to a show, and my sister had to run up to grab something. This tape wasn't there (last picture). 3 hrs later, we got back and this tape was at the bottom of our door. At 11pm
The neighbor accross the hall had their door unlacked and slightly open. And tape on our door???? There is NOOOOOOO reason for this. This is terrifying. We packed up our stuff and ran out of there. Never in my life have I had such a scary experience.
The cops showed up when I called and asked the lady at the front about it. She had no explanation for the tape. Regardless of the tape, everything about this place was filthy and scary and smelly and I have no idea how it even has a 5.1 rating.

It was cheap!! Bed was comfortable!! You get what you pay for. I saw a lot of bad reviews, and most were very EXAGGERATED!! You are paying $100, you can't expect a 5 star! It was clean enough, the a/c works just fine once it cools the room off its very cool, the bed is comfortable, the comforter could be replaced they are old, the staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was decent. It's free! So not expecting anything much. Don't expect much and you won't be so disappointed. Ignore most comments and reviews! It wasn't as bad as so many say!! I believe a lot of Karen's have reviewed. The area was fine, sure some not so friendly looking people around but it's not the best city to begin with. My daughter and I stayed here alone and we felt 100% safe!
The main hallway was very hot!!! They also didn't have the a/c turned on in the room so the room was extremely hot when we arrived. We turned on the a/c, then left for supper. By the time we came back it was colder. But perhaps they should turn the a/c on in the room before the guest arrives.

Check in fast and easy...rooms have always been clean...it's quiet...great location.
Nothing to not like. I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like. Sorry.
