Due to the above comments, I feel that I paid too much for the room.

Breakfast was good and the coffee. Beds were comfortable.

Was disappointed by cleanliness of the room. The bedside was sticky and hadn't been cleaned. The floor was also less than ideal. My wife initially walked barefoot in the room and found she had picked up some discarded dental floss.

Stay was ok. Upon checking out I was informed someone had taken taxes off of my bill so I had to pay an extra 35 dollars

Close to Army Base

No phones in room. Paint wasn’t cleaned off the floors or cabinets, no microwave.

It was the worst experience ever and I have stayed at several Comfort Inne but none like this one.

Our stay had some hiccups yeah but we just needed a place to lay our heads for two days. Would we go back? That’s the qu

It was convenient to the places we needed to be at for those two days up

Refrigerator didn’t work at all and the shower didn’t drain well, you were standing in a puddle of water. Overall, the stay was OK. We manage to get through the two days there we only needed a place to put our heads.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Miss Ashley is always nice and has always greeted me with a smile. She is the

Property is always clean.

I prefer being able to park in the back parking lot of Shoney’s restaurant, rather than the back side of the hotel where I’d have to walk around to the front, without the fear of my car being towed. Safety is a priority for me since I’ve seen homeless people and drug addicts walking in the dimly lit parking lot behind the hotel

Exceptional

It was close to the highway. It had a great breakfast which was constantly tended to. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly.

The carpets looked dirty in the rooms. I prefer the bathroom sink to be outside the bathroom so one other person could get ready at the same time.

the staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was great

the conditions of the property- stained carpets, bad moldy caulking in bathroom, furniture and tv placement was awkward, fitness center equipment was horrible and dirty, pool not in use, ice machine broken

Don't stay here

Not much to like. Didn't even have hot water at beverage center every day for three days.

Check in delayed till 4:15, and even though I had a reservation was told I was "lucky" to get a room. Advertised beautiful indoor pool and decent fitness center. Pool was closed and fitness room had 3 pieces of equipment 2 of which were not working. No air conditioning either. Whirlpool in room very nice but after filling up and using brown disgusting slime all over. Carpet in hallway was atrociously filthy.

Great place to stay while traveling from NY to FL.

The staff who checked me in was super friendly and attentive. She answered all my questions and made me feel safe at the hotel. The breakfast bar was fabulous and had some items to grab and go or you could make yourself some waffles, toast, bagels… I would recommend to a friend and stay again.

I did not like the cleaning people this morning asking if I was out of my room or not. It was before 9:30am as breakfast was still open. The guy at the desk this morning getting the receipt I asked for he just said sure and it took about 3 minutes to print and stood there in silence.

Didn't give you enough towels pool was closed very disappointed about that. Breakfast host just keep complaining about being understaffed.

For the price I paid, I enjoyed my stay.

The staff was really nice. Great customer service.

I was place in one room that was humid. I told the front desk and they offered another room and it was more comfortable. the tv in the second room didn’t work but at least it wasn’t humid.
