For a three star listing I expected more. Room feels dated and tired. Had to kill a moth flying around. Left the spider in its room corner cobweb because it wasn’t bothering us.
4.2
No hot water in the room.

Beautiful setting right by the river. Quaint old town, but had what we needed. Loved the deck with views, green grass, the tub of fragrant petunias on the deck, picnic benches and BBQ by the water. Very lovely!
Yes, bring your own pillow, but the bed was very comfortable!
The pillows.

The room was in a lovely location facing the mountains and the river. The room was really clean and a comfortable bed. My favourite stay so far.

The layout of our suite is great. View was awesome.
None.

Location and size of suite. Pretty comfortable!
Stayed in bottom floor. Unfortunately family with little kids stayed above. Non stop noise. They jumped around so much the ceiling light fell off and broke glass everywhere. After 10pm of course. Loved the room and location. Would rate 5 stars if not for noisy family above. Kinda ruined our time there...

We needed to stay close to the gate to the national park. This place had a good position. It looked like I imagine typical american motel. Like from the movie. They waited for us til 10PM, accommodation was very fast and smooth.
The price was quite high.

Nice location with a nice grassy area down to the banks of the Walker River, which was more like a water canal, nevertheless, it was a pleasant view. The room was very clean and attractive, though not very large. We had thought our room would face the river but it was only a short walk around the building to get to the grounds. We did not use the pool or hot tub but everything looked well cared for. The motel was within easy walking distance of most of the restaurants.
Except thinking the price was a little high there was nothing to complain about. The motel was a very nice small town accommodation.

Extremely clean and quiet
It was immaculate

We Loved our veiw of the mountains and river right from our own backyard! It was very relaxing and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again next time we are that way.
4.2
Ease and comfort.
Bathroom faucet VERY difficult to put into shower position.
4.2
clean room
bed was very uncomfortable. pillows were hard as rock. Sound of next door's AC was too loud all night.
4.2
Good pool and hot tub, but hardly useable because of lots of mosquitoes.
The mosquitoes!

dog friendly ~The reason we chose it. Close to the river . Dog walking area, lawns, bbq. Had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in room ~Ice maker down the hall, outdoor tables and seating. I appreciated the efforts to upgrade from the usual courtyard motel .
Pillows were small, cheap and insufficient. AC was super loud and you had to run it as there was no ventilation and the room was stuffy. Rooms open to outside parking lot. Poor curtain design allowed light into the room and lights just outside in the hallway ~difficult to secure adequately so passerby couldn’t see into the room (A simple redesign with oversized curtains and an inset roller shade would resolve this )
Also my dog spilled her water bowl onto the brown laminate floor. When I wiped it up I found the floor to be very dirty ~ you just couldn’t see it. Whoever is inspecting the cleanliness of the rooms needs to use the white glove test.

location was convenient but next time continue to Mammoth lake or Bishop
aged with some meager repairs and updates
4.2
location, rooms, pool, grounds.
the cleaning supplies used in the room were heavily fragrant and caused my allergies to act up. the room needed to be air’d our for hours. i suggest using a fragrant free cleaner.
4.2
Big room, confortable and clean. Staff easy going. Near Bodie ghost town.
4.2
The room was quiet. The bed comfortable. It had a pool, although we didn't use it.
Room small, bathroom very small. Old, noisy air conditioner. A little over priced compared to other hotels we have stayed at so far on this trip.
