The property is ADULT ONLY.
The cover over the pool filter broke.

Charming and comfortable hotel. This was our 3rd stay here. The owners are GREAT and friendly, personable, and very helpful. It's good for an easy run route down S. Palm Canyon Dr. Gorgeous views from the location. This is our go-to Palm Springs hotel!
Safe in room was not bolted down so we didn't use it. Very portable!

Amazing staff. Tons of amenities; breakfast food like yogurts, hard boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit, coffee and more. We got an afternoon cocktail and popcorn and snacks anytime we wanted them. We got water in our rooms and even sparking water. Staff was amazing and kudos to Terri who made our stay so enjoyable, she went above and beyond expectations. Adult only and pool was open. 24/7, with only 14 rooms you can’t beat it. Our room had two bathrooms, a kitchen, bar area, dining area, living room and two beds in the bedroom. Perfect for our girls trip.
The only minor complaint was the couch in the family room area. It was a bit dated and needs to be replaced. A sleeper sofa type couch would be a perfect compliment to all you offer.

belle hotel avec une chambre très belle et confortable, belle salle de bain avec douche italienne, vélo à disposition, belle piscine et jacuzi avec éclairage d'ambiance le soir +++
le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré.

Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Location was along a busy road so this could be better. Overall the layout of the hotel, the reception and complementary items were above expectation. On our 16 days trip we stayed at 9 different hotels across California and Nevada. Mostly 4 and 5 stars, but Hotel California was the best by far.
Location. Next to a busy street with lots of traffic

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, everything about this hotel was wonderful! The management was exceptional, especially Teri, who literally never left and was there late at night taking care of the grounds and guests! Amazing!!
We didn’t get enough towels in the room, but once we inquired they came up and brought more.

everything! the whole environment is welcoming, cozy and quiet. I really loved the outside area, there is lots of green, which makes more shade and more refreshing environment.
Breakfast is served from 7:30am to 10:30am in the kitchen, and you are able to help yourself with whatever they have there. besides that time, the kitchen is still open and you can still get food there, juice, yogurt, cookies.
the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The location is great, about 10/15 minutes from whatever we wanna do.
I really loved that place.
literally nothing, we loved everything.

This is a cozy little hotel just outside of downtown Palm Springs. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The pool and outside area are filled with tropical plants and there seemed to be enough tables and chairs for everyone. Misters were a bonus on hot days. They offer a very full continental breakfast (cereal, toast,, boiled eggs, packaged muffins) and have a full kitchen available for guests to use. There are also bikes which are free for guests to use. The room was clean and nicely decorated. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
The plumbing worked but needed a little tweaking to address a leaky shower faucet. There is nothing else that we didn’t like for found problematic.

The breakfast offered was continental style. Light fare as one would expect for a boutique hotel. Cereal, fruits, yogurt and coffee with some juices.

A small, boutique hotel, the design is charming. Hotel rooms are around a central courtyard with a swimming pool, lush plants and hummingbirds. The breakfast was good, continental style. Staff were super friendly. Location in the city is excellent.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel California. This is a small and very charming boutique hotel and is the perfect getaway spot where you can relax and enjoy the dining, shopping and outdoor activities in Palm Springs and the surrounding hiking trails.
As you enter through a gate you are greeted by the most friendly and hospitable staff to check you in. We are personally escorted around and shown the amenities. There is a wonderful and inviting pool area with banana palm trees, an open fire table and comfortable sitting areas with cushioned couches and chairs. There is a Kitchen room filled with breakfast offerings. My room which was recently renovated is very spacious, clean and has a warm and relaxing décor. It is also equipped with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. The bed is so comfortable and the bathroom amenities include toiletries and a blow dryer. There are complimentary water and snacks also included in your room and a popcorn machine in the courtyard.
I would stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a cool and relaxing place to stay while visiting Palm Springs.

BUT, at least in our room, management needs to invest in new mattresses. thin, old

This is just the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in, it’s like being a guest in someone’s home. All day access to a well stocked kitchen, room fridge stocked with drinks etc, etc. I want a hotel like this in every place I visit! Peaceful ambience - just perfect for a relaxing vacation.
Absolutely nothing - it was perfect

small boutique hotel with friendly, helpful staff. one of which makes a mean marguerita.

Staff were extremely welcoming and consistently offered assistance . While it is an older property, it has more than ample services and has a very comfortable feel / vibe to it. Not a dull cookie cutter / corporate box; with very attractive grounds and a reasonable size pool. Again, staff consistently went out of their way to ensure an enjoyable stay. Location was also very central to all we wanted to do.

Only thing that comes to mind was minor latch problem with the patio gate door to parking. Not a big issue really.

It was very relaxing. Everything was included - breakfast, snacks, afternoon drinks by the pool. It makes you feel like you're in someone's backyard rather than at a hotel.

Nice continental breakfast. Welcome drink was very welcome, since we had to drive through a lot of traffic to get there! Staff was extremely friendly. Our room was quiet, and I loved all the candles that they light around the pool at night. The weather was pretty cold, so we did not go swimming, but the pool looks very nice.
Maybe a bigger rug underneath the sink would have been helpful, as the tile floor can be cool

After reserving a room via booking.com, I was contacted by this hotel approximately 8 times asking for a check-in time. About 6 of those were voicemails coming from unlisted numbers. Do I still have a reservation? I have already messaged them via booking.com, telling them I will be there and know I will be there before their office closes. Why are you still calling?
After the 8th-ish time, I finally call them since I'm concerned they will cancel my room. An older woman answers who seems like she just woke up. She said she was at home and didn't know why I was called so many times. She is arguing that she, herself hasn't called me that many times. There was no apology or explanation about why they needed to know this. She's more argumentative and unprofessional and says "listen honey I run this hotel" ?!? "Listen honey" isn't the best phrasing for your guests. I'm already ticked off by all the calls and admittedly exasperated by this one; I again ask asked her why they called me so many times and that I wanted them to stop calling, but all she said was "wow, wow". This was one of the most condescending, unprofessional calls I've ever had.
The old building means you will be woken up by upstairs guests walking around in a normal manner.
