Nice Location

Enjoyed our stay at this location we had a kitchenette and the BBQ area was great. The park was lovely to walk through to the beach. It was a convenient location to many places.

*The elevators were extremely slow *Room was noisy from busy road below

Overall was satisfied. Not much about the property, Hawaii is relatively pricey, overall.

The staff were nice and helpful. The facility was good and clean.

Great location and lovely staff - will return

Location next to the park and the lovely quiet family style beach was excellent. And only a few extra blocks above the middle of Waikiki

Rooms were quite dated but was part of the charm

初めてのオアフ島滞在でしたが良いホテルに巡り会えたと思います。Mahalo.

ワイキキビーチから少し離れていますが、逆に静かでした。キッチンが有るので夕食や朝食は、自分で調理して好きなものが食べる事もできゆっくりくつろいで過ごせました。

チェックイン時から、バスルームの電球が切れていたり、キッチンのディスポーザーが動かなかったり日常のちょっとした点検ができていないのがアメリカらしいところですかね？

The staff were very friendly and helpful. and the hotel had a cool authentic vibe.

The location was a short 20 minutes walk to Waikiki beach. A kettle in the room would've been a nice addition.

OK, but showing its age

On main street in Waikiki. Pool was nice and warm. Girls at front desk were very accommodating and helpful

The place is set up for coffee drinkers not tea drinkers.

Staying here for my visit home after 5 years away made me feel like I didn’t miss a beat.

The staff was amazing and so very sweet!

The water pressure in the shower was very low but I still loved staying here.

Fair value and good location.

Location and friendliness, the water at the reception desk and coffee, beach towels and the atmosphere at the lobby.

The AC was a little too noisy and the towels maybe were soaped too much.

緑多い公園の隣り、ビーチもすぐ車移動でどこへ行くのも便利スタッフもフレンドリーですワンベッドルームスイートに宿泊したので部屋食も楽にできました

Overall amazing hotel experience

Amazing staff, courteous with the Aloha spirit.

We liked just about everything. Nice gym, nice pool area, 3 x/week cheese & wine, a beautiful experience to offer its guests. Complimentary morning coffee is spot on. Thank you.

L’emplacement uniquement le reste laisse à désiré. Nous avons trouvé un cafard dans l’appartement

Le prix du parking, 40 dollars la Nuit !!! Pas davantage Genius 3. Cafard dans la chambre. Pas de plaque de cuisson ni bouilloire dans l’appartement

Overall it was a good stay

Close to beach n stores

Our room wasn’t ready and they said they were still cleaning it. We got in our room almost 5pm when we were told when we came at noon that check in is not til 3pm. Come back at 3pm and room was not ready and we were late arriving to our luau. We got there right when they were going to close the doors. We miss making the headbands and learning the Hawaiian culture. We got there to barely eat

Great central location near parks and short walk to the beach. Super friendly staff. Very clean.

I liked that the property overlooked a beautiful park and that you walked through the park to get to the beach. The room was nice and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. Free beach towels, chairs, and dvd rental! Even our city view had a view of the parks and a sliver of ocean. Little shops and restaurants around us, including food trucks, and everything else downtown was a 5 minute walk away. Bus stops nearby. Nice activities at the hotel on some days.

Super minor things. Could use more towel hooks in the bathroom and an updated alarm clock. Everything else was perfect. Loved the furniture.

Close to Waikiki action, activities and restaurants.

Make sand chairs available. Pool on the small side but good when no one else is there. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Bel hotel moderne plutôt bien situé

Chambre tout confort et spacieuse.Calme.Proche d'une jolie plage

C'est très sympathique de faire un wine and cheese party 2fois par semaine,mais le fromage était vraiment fort mauvais et le vin vraiment pas terrible(désolés avis de français !) et le mini spectacle avec une danseuse un peu maigre.J'aurais préféré comme j'ai vu dans d'autres hotels un spectacle un peu plus étoffé quitte à supprimer le snack. J'ai commandé un taxi à la réception et celui travaillant avec l'hotel nous a conseillé de partir à 7 h pour un avion qui partait vers 10h40,à cause des embouteillages,faites moi confiance..aucun pb à l'aller,ni au retour ?nous étions surpris d(un tel délai.Nous étions beaucoup trop en avance.Je pense que celà arrangeait le taxi !!très désagréable de se lever si tôt pour rien

We've stayed there our last four times and will return again.

Liked kitchen which was fully stocked with utensils. Liked double balcony. Liked use of movie kiosk.

Bathroom needed a touch up on walls and doors etc. Also, at Manager reception they offer only water for guests that don't drink alcohol. It would be great to have punch or juice etc.

3 nights a week there is wine and cheese reception for free. they also have a good lei making class for free on Mondays. pool is nice as well

the bed is quite uncomfortable and old
