We had 10 of us between 3 rooms. We were able to do so many things together. The only thing that would have made it bett

The location was close to everything we wanted to do. It was great to have the option to grill food on site. The building was beautiful and clean and the staff was friendly and very accommodating.

There was work being done on the elevators which caused a lot of delays

A great place to stay

The location was fairly close to the river which had a walkway along the embankment. We walked to various places such as the beach and Alo Moana Shopping Centre (about 2 kms). At other times we were able to make use of Uber and Lyft to take us further afield. Our room was spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. Having a free guests' laundry room available was a bonus. The washing machines and dryers were compact and had a variety of heat and/or time settings. The Reception Staff were very helpful.

We very much liked the accommodations, the pool area. Very grateful that we were able to have a late checkout.

Would have liked to sit by the pool area a little longer than 10:00 pm.

We would not stay here again. Would pay a little more and stay in a nicer hotel.

The location was not too bad. You can walk to lots of bars and restaurants. The beach is a pretty good hike. The hotel looks good from the outside and pool was heated. Lobby was fancy and staff were pleasant.

We were a group of 8 and rented 4 rooms. Our room 1909 was the most dated of the 4 rooms. Our unit had bare minimum of utensils and one wine glass and very few old dishes and glasses. Other units had nice wallpaper while ours was dirty plastered walls without one picture. This unit needs a update and makeover. Old furniture and cheap mattress

Completely underwhelmed

The valet guys were always friendly

No coffee; beds very old and uncomfortable; too far from the beach; very noisy; no food on the property; pool too small; the parking is the worst I have ever encountered

Below the standard for the places I have been before (Las Vegas, Florida resorts, and Los Angeles )

The guard is there when we got in and usher us the check in process. They didn't have to call him so we didn't have to wait.

Room 1909 - Bed, beddings, roll a way bed - needs new sheeting and padding. it feels like we are sleeping on the box spring. Kitchen is very poor - lack of cooking equipment, plates, glass wares, silver wares, kitchen sink is very outdated. Bathroom - shower curtains leaks, sink is out dated - faucets is flowing either hard or soft that causes water splatter everywhere. Beddings are so bad. One of the bed is not bed it is the box spring. Too small to sleep 4. This is definitely the lowest point.

Apartment was in need of facelift, and more consideration of guests needed.

We had stayed at another apartment in this complex, and liked it but the apartment we were in this time was disappointing. It was clean and comfortable enough, but the layout while adequate was rather cramped, with the kitchen bench doubling as dining table. The decor was tired, with marks on the wall, and the blackout layer peeling off the curtain. It needed a drying rack for pool and bath towels. Kitchen equipment, glasses were very limited, and there were exactly zero supplies apart from toilet paper - no soap of any kind, no coffee or tea, no basic condiments that you might need for a short stay. No effort had gone into making the apartment welcoming for guests. Considering what we paid to stay here, this apartment was very poor value for money, although the downstairs pool and the 10 minute walk to the beach were some compensation.

The location was great.

The room had some roaches, I made video and took pics, the check in was odd. No free parking even though stated in the ad, smaller than I thought. Just felt tight for four. TV was not fun had to use own apps with passwords to watch

Good location within walking distance from the beach, shopping and restaurants

We enjoyed the pool, having a BBQ was a bonus. In a quiet area not far from the beach, restaurants and shopping. The free laundry was excellent

Well located, quiet retreat.

The apartment was of a reasonable size and was reasonably well equipped. the view over the canal was appreciated. It was located within walking distance of the beach, shopping centres and eateries. It was quiet, excepting when the sliding door to the narrow balcony was opened. There was building works nearby. The TV did not operate properly, however, the managing agents responded quickly to the issue which required replacement of the unit - all done speedily in a courteous and friendly manner.

Unfortunately the apartment was overdue for minor maintenance works and the tapware to the shower was well overdue for replacement. We understand that remedial works are scheduled for the apartment, delayed by the current shortage of labour and materials. There was only one bowl for cereal in contrast to rest of the crockery. Some provisions for refreshment on arrival was missing.

Average apartment with great view

View from the apartment was great, we also liked the size of the apartment. Kitchen was with basic equipment - coffee maker, toaster etc. We thought that we will cook some meals but... there were not any supermarkets near. Near ABC did not have anything, just semi-finished products. We felt safe in the apartment. Big advantage was also washing machines on 4th floor. Staff was nice and helpful. There were also beach towels.

The apartment definitely needs some update.

Don’t look too closely

Location was great.. beautiful view from 20th floor..staff were nice and helpful.

The sheer drapes were completely tattered, the wallpaper was tearing off the walls, scissors were so broken unusable, kitchen sink and countertop was also the bathroom sink/counter..too bas the owners don’t sink a few thousand $ into it.. and remodel it. Parking was $38 CASH a day.. no mention if this in the website.. I found parking elsewhere away from the property.
