The hotel would give you a kitchen unlike anh other hotel and a big bedroom.

although the hotel and room was nice, I still feel that your ad was deceiving, and I did not receive the room view that

clean, great location, staff very helpful and nice

booked and paid for an Ocean View room, but was given a room with view of the lagoon, with no view of the ocean( trees blocking any view of ocean). when I went to the hotel management, I was told the lagoon is considered “ocean view” even though we had no view of the ocean. I told them I felt this is very deceiving, as “ocean view” means a view of the ocean, not a view of the lagoon and next tower.

Fantastic, will definitely return.

The location is fantastic. A 15 min walk into Waikiki which we preferred as it wasn’t as busy and noisy. Pools and slides are great for kids especially.

The slides has staggered opening times. It would have been great for them to be open all day.

a very relaxing vacation!

lots to do with kids!

right on the ocean! however we paid for an ocean view and could barely see the ocean from our deck but that was our only complaint. everything else was wonderful.

2 bed 2 bath apartment suits families

2 bedroom with 2 baths and kitchen suites our family of 5 very well. Liked that the area is much quieter than where we have stayed in other towers.

still noisey as we were next to lagoon: waterslide area. we are finding Hilton less and less value for money and will look at other options next time we stay in Hawaii. we are enjoying our stays much less at the Hilton than previous visits.

An excellent location, great staff, very clean room with amazing views

close proximity to beach and shops easy walk to Ala Moana Cool fireworks display Entertain in the main lawn was great having separate bedroom was perfect

In the paradise pool area (mainly used by Families) there were two spa pools that seemed to only open intermittently meaning one was always over crowded.

we were not much at the Resort, as we had a car and we explored Oahu. But the hotel is awesome!!

Everything is nice and clean, everyone is super friendly. The location is excellent,

The parking is too expensive $55.00 plus tax daily. Good thing there is a marina across the street and it is only $1.00 for every hour you are parked there.

Checking in direction.. we waited in line for 45min and end up in the wrong checking lobby. I wish there are people checking.

Usually a favourite, not anymore!

The beach was the main attraction that we enjoyed. We did enjoy being able to easily walk to Ala Moana as well as Waikiki. The pizza place was nice there.

Cleaner rooms especially since covid I would of expected better not worse. The towels smelt like mildew and mould. The room wasn't what we expected or saw on the photos. The manager and staff were rude when asked about everything. The air conditioning didn't work in one of the rooms. The rooms were not cleaned one of the days and yet we pay extra for cleaning.
