do not recommend. my stay sucked for the amount i had paid.

the location is good

staff was extremely rude. breakfast sucked, everything was so dry. using their toaster just made the bread burnt. there was literally BUGS in two of the four beds in the room.

Okay, if you don’t mind walking up 3 flights of steps to a too warm cramped room for 3 ppl

Did not know there were no elevators. We got stuck on a terribly hot 3rd floor room. One member of our group has a terrible time with knees and it was unpleasant for her to walk up 3 flights every day.

A good place where to stay, great location, I will go back for sure.

Second time I go to this place and there will probably be another time. The location is great, close to the main street, around 5/10 minutes walk and it is far enough so you do not hear the noise from the street at night. The place is clean and there is no children that makes it quiet during the day if you want to enjoy the pool. Staff is really kind and helpful.

Poor hygiene and youth hostel level comfort for 400$ a night

They ruined our honeymoon.

When we arrived at the hotel we were given a room situated inside the lobby, right next to the entrance where the sink was clogged. There was only one door to enter the premises and the door was slamming every time someone entered or left the hotel, 24 hours a day. When I asked whether they could give us another room the receptionist refused it. Later during the night when it became quite unbearable and impossible to sleep, also after seeing on Booking.com that there were still rooms available—and even larger ones for half the price we paid—I kindly asked for a room change again and showed the receptionist the availability on my phone. Only then he agreed to give us another room. However this second room was extremely dirty (e.g., my wife and I were both bitten by bedbugs, the french fries someone previously dropped behind the bed were still there covered in dust, etc. see pictures attached for the said issues). When we told the receptionist about these issues he said there is nothing he can do about it and did not even apologise.I sincerely feel quite disappointed having paid about 400 USD/night to a place with below-average youth hostel standards of hygiene and comfort.

i would definitely stay here again. I was there during Hurricane Ian. at this point we were staying in room 14 and we lo

liked and appreciated the daily breakfast, the on-site pools, the cleanliness and that all staff were pleasant and nice but RAQUEL seemed to go a step above when answering your questions and dealing with hotel guests. we found her service to be helpful, cheery and super kind.

we stayed in room 111 which is right next to the entrance door to the resort and the door SLAMMED and shook our bedroom with every entrance and exit. Would literally wake us up in the night. we needed to extend our stay due to hurricane Ian so we were moved to room 114 and that we a 1000x better in noise and space.

Fantastic value for your buck

The facilities were perfect and nice little details like towels on the chairs at the pools.

The receptionist when we arrived (late at night) was a bit short with us. The room wasn't super clean, not that it was dirty either but some details/corners could have been cleaned better.

Breakfast and facilities were great. Beds comfortable and location good.

Very rude and arrogant front desk man on arrival. Made me cry. I had a query on the price as I had emailed twice with no reply. Basically he was blaming me for everything and did not offer any apology. Then said he had spent too long with me. Not happy at all with this service.
