Nothing
There was no lock on the door. My key wouldn't work and I had to walk all the way to the front desk for them to re-key the card. The handle to the door was broken. There was dry wall all over the place.

Breakfast was decent.
Your dog pooped in the lobby right by where we were sitting when we were eating breakfast and the dog Peed outside the elevator door huge amounts of P I told them and it took a long time to get it picked up. It was disgusting.

The staff
No air conditioning, only a fan. Phone didn’t work. Blow dryer was broken. Floor was dirty

Close to venue
Not to clean . Customer service wasn’t to good I had to figure things out in my own

That it was a 15 minute walk to and from our concert and that it had a breakfast for free
Not happy that it was almost 300.00 for one night and they would not give military discount. Also there was a lot of homeless people hanging around. We did not sleep good due to the room next door kept pounding on the wall
2.1
Nothing
Doors didn’t work, toilet flooded, locks broken, criminal activity outside

Location & access to transit system
Attempted to charge card 2 times prior to arrival without knowledge. Staff ghetto & elaborate attempt to have not stay at hotel. Lied said only accepted credit cards & chip reader broken. Had to call Priceline.com while in lobby. Told to have card ran as credit staff said no ability to run as credit. Then told to pay cash unimbursed $3 ATM fee. ATM maximum withdrawal $200 but price over $200. Watched as several customers processed with credit cards. Not allowed to check in until 3PM but checking drama took additional hour. Chip reader never broken. Room & hotel NOT the same as photos on website. Attempted to upgrade room so second bed that partially blocked bathroom door. Microwave kept cutting off. Had to unplug & move several items plugged into extension cord. Couldn't keep refrigerator on. AC worked when wanted to. Water pressure decreased when turned on hot water. Watched news couple days later say video of man coming out hotel lobby shooting at cop & cop shot him to death. Homeless people & druggie all around. Manager present during the entirety of staff member booking attempt to have not stay at hotel. Staff ghetto, liars & hate if have spouse romantically interested in.

Breakfast was good to have. The location is the best thing about that hotel.
To many people that didn't stay there hanging around.

nothing at all
car park was full of suspicious characters prowling around, when we opened our rooms door there was a man and a younger looking scantily clad lady sitting on our bed. they knew they were not supposed to be there and ran off. the younger lady got into a car of a man waiting in the carpark and they drove off. all very dodgy and uncomfortable. really unpleasant environment. we ultimately didn't stay there

I was called by the Denver Hospitality stating I was being moved to another hotel the day before my scheduled stay. I was called the next day stating that I was being moved yet to another hotel. Denver Hospitality stated the first person should of never called to move to the first hotel. The explanation, not that it mattered, was the City of Denver was renting out the entire hotel(s) to house migrants.

I like that there was respectful staff at my check in but in the morning the 2 ladies were so rude and didn't seem to like there job and didn't accompany me and wanted to double charge me for my room and anoher deposit just because I was in a room but made reservations on line so I couldn't extend room they yelled and we're completely unprofessional
The staff at check in and in middle of noght were respectful and friends

The property was in a wonderful location. It was close to downtown. The location was key in choosing this hotel for our trip. The bed was extremely comfortable.
The rooms we selected were in the non-smoking area.. however it smelled like cigarette smoke.

Breakfast, horrible !!! no Juice, broken machine, bread, pancake both horrible, disgusting breakfast.
Elevator looks like more than 50 years without maintenance. Room, elevator, hall smell weird.
Everything, this hotel is under conditions and so far away to be ready.

location was convenient
property had just been open 7 days. it should have waited until the clean up renovations were complete. there was exposed wiring, unfinished wall, etc.
2.1
The location of the hotel is close to downtown and attractions.
I read the hotel was used as homeless shelter in the past years, which explains the conditions of some of the facilities of the hotel. First of all, searching the address in either Google Maps or Apple maps shows you a wrong entrance, you may find it difficult to locate the lobby. The hotel is under staffed, took them long time to check me in. There is no breakfast despite it was listed in the description.
