Liked that it was located close to falls, that the house maintained its period charm, that the hosts were friendly and gracious, and that breakfasts were unique!
Liked it all!

Stayed at the Butler House for our honeymoon. We stayed 5 nights. Daniel and Jamie are wonderful gracious hosts. They have a very good knowledge of the area. The walk to Niagara Falls was about 10 minutes. The Niagara aquarium is worth it also and is at the end of the block. The breakfasts were amazing with something savory and something sweet. We are so thankful we stayed here and thankful to have met Dan and Jamie. Wishing them the best in business, love, and life. Hope we have the opportunity to stay again
I wish I could bring my kids next time but no kids aloud unless you rent the entire place.

Recently came back from a trip to Niagara with my husband. We stayed in the Regatta Room which was beautiful and very comfortable. Jamie and Dan were amazing hosts and gave us plenty of suggestions of what to do in the area and where to eat. The two course breakfasts were absolutely superb.

Both Jamie and Dan were great hosts, attentive and responsive. You can tell they truly want everyone to have the best experience in Niagara Falls. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicicious. Only the doors lock system was somehow complicated, until you learn how to operate it.

This is a great location! You can walk to the falls. Dan and Jamie are wonderful host. We would absolutely stay here again. The home is beautiful on the inside and out. It’s quiet and relaxing, it's nice to have breakfast waiting for you in the morning.

The house and the street it’s on are adorable, we loved staying here.
The next block over is a bit of a rough area, but once we knew our way around the city we felt more comfortable.

Dan and Jamie, were wonderful hosts! We loved every breakfast we ate. They always served 2 courses, sweet and savory! Their home is impeccably kept. Jamie loves the color blue and has used it in such an artful way. Loved the fact they used an automatic deadbolt for us to come and go as we pleased. The Butler house is close.to everything by foot, alleviating expensive parking. We stayed 5 nights and were so glad not to be in a hotel setting! My husband loved the sweet treats every evening in the living room, which we enjoyed on the beautiful front porch!
The historic neighborhood has an interesting parking rule.
You must park on a different side of the street each night. Jamie & Dan always reminded us to help us avoid a ticket.

One of the very few extraordinary place we've have ever visited in our life. The experience is out of this world!
I would like to personally thank to Dan and Jamie, they are wonderful. They have redefined the hospitality concept . They are so sincere and genuine you couldn't have ever met. The cleaness is another thing you would be amazed for sure we will come back again, thanks Dan and Jamie:)

beautiful home, very clean and comfortable ,Dan and Jamie were awesome, would definitely stay there again, easy walk to the Gorge Trail and then to the Falls
the house is in a historic district which is being renovated, some homes on nearby streets are boarded up or run down, but I would still highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again

The Owners / Staff are Wonderful, breakfast was great, bed was comfy, and room was spotless! Overall it was a wonderful stay.
I thought it was going to be closer to the falls than it actually is, but it is walking distance (few blocks) and the comfy welcoming atmosphere of the B&B made up for it.

THE FOOD WAS FABULOUS!!!
We loved everything!

Breakfasts were exceptionally delicious and plentiful! Always had both a savory and sweet dish. The Butler House was a walkable distance to the falls so didn’t have to pay for parking. Dan and Jamie were very personable and gave us tips on fun places to visit and good local places to eat
Bed was a bit firm but it was comfortable

Dan and Jamie were wonderful! They made sure we were comfortable and were always there to answer any questions that we had. Breakfast was extraordinary! Jamie served a 2 course home cooked breakfast every morning that was amazing. And their coffee was fabulous. The room was comfortably cozy. The inn's location was very convenient and we were able to walk to all the attractions including the Falls. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short and left a day before we were suppose to leave, due to a hurricane that was coming up the coast. It was suppose to make landfall in our home town.
