The staff was great. They were very helpful with the issues we had. The location was great, and we felt very safe around the property.
We had issues with the AC. It was out when we go there and it wasn't fixed until the next morning. It then went out again the next day. The plumbing was backwards in the shower so we didn't have any hot water the first night. The hot water was also hooked up to the toilet, so that was not a very comfortable experience. We were never offered a different room at any time.

Staff which was there was friendly and helpful. Room and properly seemed very clean. Reasonably close to convention center. Had separate living room and bedroom area plus kitchen appliances dishes etc. 10 am- 10 pm quiet time appeared to be respected
Zero Staff after 5 PM. Rooms have no windows to outdoors. Has windows from living room and bedroom looking out into interior courtyard 5 feet away; can't leave the windows open or everyone can see in your room. Bathroom very tight for one person. Living room dark if courtyard shutters closed because no overhead lighting, only a couple table lamps. for large pillows were all identical.

Very friendly and helpful front desk. Everything was excellent. The room was very large, and very clean. Dishes in the cupboard and Everything! Great place to stay awhile for sure!
4.0
Close proximity to all points of interest.
Not enough sugar or creamer for coffee in room. Not enough soap in bathroom.

That was the second best hotel room bed I have ever slept in. The location for Mardi Gras is unbelievably perfect. I really don' want this secret to get out. That's how much we were pleased with this property
There is no available parking and again, I'm from the city and worked as a NOPD officer for 26 years, the last 3 in that area so I know what to do about parking, but it would be great if a deal could be arranged between that property and a parking Garage such as Harrah's Casino garages. One Right behind the property. But that's where I park and it works out ok. Cheaper than most hotel lots and garages anyway. And if you gamble at the casino you can get free or discounted parking.

Location, Room Size and unique layout. Had a nice crew of adults and kids visiting during the parade and we were comfortable lounging around waiting to go out to catch the parades each day. Such a short distance from the route and able to catch parades at multiple locations. The price for this room was almost like staying for free considering the full kitchen allowing us to store and cook food saving hundreds per day on restaurant options.
Full sized refrigerator. would have made kitchen better (But we managed ok for two days. I think a longer stay would have required an ice chest). No associated parking. I knew to park in Harrah's Garage, but this wasn't mentioned in room information, I think. Harrah's is a great option, and this should be mentioned

This place is beautiful, perfectly located, clean, quiet and friendly staff. Close to good restaurants and shops. Safe neighborhood. Less than a 1 mile walk to Bourbon Street. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
No available parking and we had to pay for parking. Lucky it’s super close to the casino and we just parked in the parking garage since we went to the casino every day.

The suite was large, with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a loft up a spiral staircase
Air conditioner was a little loud at night.

location was convenient. Room size was generous. Historical details were interesting since it used to be a fire station.
Staffed only from 9-5. Short on amenities. Water? Creamer for coffee?

The location was perfect due to an event being held at The Chicory right next door.
We had to move to 3 different rooms. The 1st one, the toilet didn't flush properly. The 2nd one, was miserable because the AC was broken. Didn't get any sleep due to the temperature never getting cool. Then that toilet stopped working. The 3rd one was better. After the inconvenience of moving to 3 different rooms, no compensation was offered and lacking customer service skills.

The location was within walking distance of the different places l visited. The staff gave me instructions on places to visit/ eating location.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was great.

This is a historic venue and has been nicely upgraded. They let me check in early to get unpacked and to give me some time to go to the store. Friendly people working the desk. Location was OK, not too far of a walk to the convention center and out for good food. I felt safe there and on the streets.
The air conditioner didn't work the 1st night. Fixed for night 2 and 3. The internet in the room never worked properly even after notifying the front desk. I didn't know that the room was 2 stories, the bedroom was a climb up a narrow spiral staircase, I left my suitcase on the lower level and dressed there. The bathroom was on the bottom floor. That is a problem for males over 40.

The price was very good for the location, and was walking distance to lots of attractions. The receptionist even got us in our room earlier than expected.
Can't think of anything.
