It was good price and but place needs work

The location and the staff was helpful and nice

place had problems like the elevator wouldn’t work by hitting down button, bathroom door had some disrepair, also pealing pant and modeling coming undone in room.

Very bad

Well I had a confirmed reservation but when I called to see if I could check in early the mgr told me he had no reservations and no rooms so here I am stuck out of town in the cold disabled at 4am on a sat morning with nowhere to sleep and i cant get a refund on my deposit

Refund people their money if they're not able to fulfill their stay due to problem out of their hand

The fact i could only stay for 2 nights due to a power outage and customer service is doing nothing to refund me for that night. Sadly i would not be staying at any oyo hotels any more due to inconveniences such as this matter.

Cars got broken into I didn’t feel safe

It didn’t have security about 10 or 12 cars got broken into so I didn’t stay overnight

nothing like the picture bathroom filthy heat was not working and cold air coming in from outside from the heater not being seal to wall hinge missing on room door adjoined doors rusted ceiling peeling shower curtain has mold on the bottom, toilet pee, stains all back by where are you screw the toilet seat in rusted out little closet area headboard broken lamp not working. Curtains not properly hung and that’s just one room of the room. Bathroom door will not close heater not working bathroom filthy rusted lamps for a ordinary chair not a desk chair the list goes on on elevator, barely working

Didn't like anything about it... they lied and said they had a pool, and when we arrived, they didn't... it smelled of Marijuana and poop. But told me it was a non-smoking facility... the staff was rude... I didn't address any of the other guests' concerns.. he was just wanting our money

Despite several police cars at the entrance making an arrest when I arrived, it turned out to be secure enough. Easy to get back to the highway. Bed was pretty good - I have back issues and did fine.

Except the lobby, extremely run down, elevator barely works - doesn’t always come when called, doors stick, paint peeling everywhere, hallways smell like smoke.

Your vehicle will get broken into. 7 vehicles got windows busted out while i was staying there. Wouldn't suggest staying here unless u want your broken into.

Good location and people nice

We did not have a lap in the room no light just a hall light in room 227 but beside that it was okay but I didn't know about the $50 deposit in till I got there

grossest/ sketchiest hotel I have ever been in

people were doing drugs in their cars right in the parking lot, when we got a room it wasn’t locked and looked like the bed had been slept in, the beds barely had any padding seemed like only spring, the walls were falling apart and the deadbolt was broken off so there was no way to lock it besides hoping they didn’t have a key. the police were also called and showed up because of suspicious behavior

Pillows was trash with half wash covers on them and sheets was not clean as it should have been the microwave did not work the mini fridge didn't work as well door half lock wifi only work 5 hours of the day no morning meal as said to get wasn't nothing I was hear 8 days coffee at 7 that's it happy I was just visiting not staying shower head hanging over the tub hole exposed

Only thing i liked about it was it was clean

Let’s see very inconvenient. Everything is out of order. It is very ghetto over here fights people being drugged down the hallway by the hair, people arguing and fighting in the parking lot Poland fire alarms. I mean it’s a whole mess over here.
