Good Comfortable and Convient Place to Stay

Very close to Graceland. Love that it was gated. Rate was reasonable. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, gentleman working counter was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room we requested and booked was supposed to be non-smoking, but wreaked of smoke.

It was perfect for our needs, exceeded expectations.

Might be the cleanest room we've stayed in. Staff was great. Very close to Graceland, which was the reason for our visit. The parking lot was gated. Very happy with our stay here.

The only downside was the proximity to the airport. The planes could be loud. However, they didn't come by very often. If they flew by at night, we slept right through it. Didn't affect our stay.

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. When I mentioned not having coffee in the morning, they made me some. Also insisted that I wait in the office for my ride instead of out in the cold.

Having lamps on bedside tables would be a good addition.

I didn’t like anything. I was unhappy and did not feel comfortable nor safe.

About a mile ride to Graceland which was very nice! Since that is where I was going each day!!!

The location was very close to where I was going for my 3 day visit. I felt secure with the camera's and gate around the property. The bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly when I seen them walking around during the mornings. I would stay again, but make sure to tell them NO HOUSE Keeping until I leave.

They do not have signs for the door, House keeping woke me up knocking on the door 2 days, and I did not need to be woken up. I stay to myself when I travel and do not need to get new towels each day. I sometimes have my own too! I asked for them not to knock on my last day to jut wait until I left, which they did BUT they started cleaning the rooms on each side and moving out stuff that woke me instead of a knock. Not sure how close to the Airport but sounded like planes a couple nights.

Price, location. And front desk staff was very nice. Gated parking.

The thinnest walls I've dealt with. Could hear people talking in other rooms. Cars splashing yhe rain as drove by. Could even hear traffic in street going by on interstate Room was ok did look like floor needed vacuum but sheets looked good. But when used air vent in bathroom it smelled like it was bring in weed. Was very strong. And the cold and hot water nozzle or pipes where reversed, I had turned on hot and 15 mins still no hot, turned on cold it was hot. And no lamps.

The location is close enough to most attractions and easy access to the highway. Great option for a one night budget stay. No vagrants in parking lot. Gated key card access after a certain time. Brand new refrigerator with plastic still on. New toilet.

The smell for a non smoker is almost unbearable. The shower rod was not attached to the wall and cigarette burns were all over the tub and holes in the very thin “comforter”. I wouldn’t stay here with my family.

I really enjoyed the customer service, also the room was exceptional, everything was so nice, calm, and clean.

I have no complaints or dislikes, the entire stay was great.

Good value for money for anyone needing a budget option - and very friendly, helpful staff.

We needed a budget option for our stay, and this was good value for money - a comfortable, clean room, and very helpful friendly staff. The exterior was scruffy, but the car park was secure and the location was close to Graceland and a short drive into the city centre.

This certainly wasn't a location where you would want to walk anywhere, but it was easy to get around in the car.

It was close to where we was hanging out at.

You matter as well slept on the floor because the bed was hard as hell 😡😡

It was good except for the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable, and the air worked well.

The bathroom and tub were not cleaned well. There was hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor.
