Not what I expected.

The TV did not work in my room when I asked for different accommodations they couldn't provide that for me They only had one room left available not two together to switch us to. So we had to stay in a room with a TV that did not work. The. When I asked for my money back for that specific room that the TV did not work in they said they could not do that because we reserved it through a third part company. I will never do this again!

They could not fix the things that were wrong or change us to different rooms.

Convenient, good deal, and great staff.

Room was comfortable and the girl at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Pool and jacuzzi was nice as well.

The jacuzzi's bubbles did not work and although the room was non smoking room, it smelt like cigarettes.

the staff and pool area are amazing the standard rooms could use some TLC but I have gotten the deluxe king suite in the

the property is maintained as well as it can be I believe it could use some upgrades for sure though.

a double queen room is a bit over priced for what you’re getting the shower really needs an upgrade.

AC/värmesystem låter som hårtork på hög volym.

Trevlig personal. Trevlig hot tub och pool.

Ac/värme system lät så högt att vi bytte rum men där var det likadan buller. Vi var tvungna att stänga av värmesystemet för nattetid och sova i kalla rummet.

Leuk voor 1 nacht, slecht ontbijt

- handige uitvalsbasis voor Mesa Verde - jacuzzi en zwembad leuk in midden van hotel - makkelijke check in / out

- ontbijt SLECHT! Alleen maar voorverpakte vette zooi. - Personeel in ontbijtzaal ongeïnteresseerd. - ongure types blowend in auto's voor de deur.

Will probably not recommend or stay here again.

Location was good. Breakfast was fair. Only ate it 1 of 2 mornings. Preferred to eat something better.

It appeared that not much money has been spent on this facility since it was built. Everything is very run down. The bed was so worn that it made you sleep in the crater. Pool hours in the evening short be shorter, due to the loud kids playing.

Ok for a road trip hotel, but not a place to enjoy staying for long.

Lots of parking. Breakfast adequate. Some staff friendly, some not so.

Room 135 bathroom desperately needs a complete redo.

Facilty was nice and very clean, the staff was exceptional.

The front desk staff was exceptional. Room was very clean. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of items. The pool refreshing and clean.

It is very difficult to regulate the temperature in hotel rooms and this one was no exception. The pillows were so hard that my husband woke up with a neck ache and couldn't go back to sleep.

It was great and very accessible to what we needed to do and eat. Awesome service.

Staff was great and very helpful. We missed breakfast, due to sleeping in late. We didn't get to go to the pool area. Rooms were very comfortable and the price we paid for was reasonable. Will go back one day. Easy access to the main street.

The traffic noise on the side we were on. Door had a gap and needed to place a towel in there to keep out the draft and bugs coming in.

The location and breakfast was good and offered lots of options!

The staff was friendly and inviting lobby area as well as a large deck with seating with Mountain View’s.

We will probably choose another hotel in the future.

We have stayed here several times in the past. It is a good location.

The room was really in poor shape. There were tiles coming off in the bathroom. Also the shower handle was falling apart. Breakfast was cold eggs and paper thin, greasy bacon.

Great breakfast, good stay at reasonable price.

Breakfast choices were nice and so was large area to eat in. Being able to see pool steps out of room also nice.

Pool was kind of dirty with more bugs than have had before. Toilet was really loud when flushing.

The pool in the middle of the building is a nice thing, but it smells a little like a pool is supposed to smell almost everywhere and if you don't like that chloride smell, well..
