I loved the location and all the things to do there. we didnt even have to leave the property much to have a great time!
could have had a little safer staircase to the upstairs where our room was

Michilinda Londge was a gem of a property, and the views of Lake Michigan were stunning! The room was well-appointed with a comfy king bed and a small sitting area that overlooked the water. Small deck area was perfect for watching the sunset.
The deck on our room could have used some fresh paint.

what a happy little accident that I found this place. I felt like I was transported back in time. A simpler time. I wasn’t expecting to love this place so much. i honestly wish I would’ve had more time here. it has so much to do and such a family atmosphere. everyone I encountered was kind. there were lots of families there. it was fun to hear children playing and running around. It was a throw back to my childhood. at first I thought I would be disappointed about no tv’s, but honestly I was too busy to watch anyway. I was just in the moment the whole time.
I didn’t like that I had zero cell service and internet was spotty. which normally it wouldn’t have been a big deal as it’s nice to turn off everything. However, I have an elderly mother that I could not check on, while I was there. I had to drive a few miles down the road to get service.

The location is beautiful. There's so many amenities to stay busy. Very relaxing. It has great views of Lake Michigan. The property is maintained very well. Some of the wild flowers and grass could use some trimming along walkways to make for an easier walk to the viewing areas, which gives you beautiful views of Lake Michigan and evening sunsets. The lower viewing deck area is so relaxing to watch the water and listen to the waves. There is beach access from the deck but not the best beach it sits under an unstable dunes and the beach looks a little scary with old watered tree roots and metal pieces on the beach as well as in the water. They do have signs posted warning you. You are able to take a swim or get your feet wet just be careful. If you want to swim I would go down the road about 10 minutes to the Duck Lake State Park Area or Lake Michigan road side beach it's just a bit safer. Make sure to either pack food to cook in the shared kitchen, grill or warm up in your room microwave and fridge or drive 15 minutes or more to either the Muskegon or surrounding areas to buy food. I will be back, it's a beautiful property.
The small fire pits. I was expecting large in ground fire pits....but that's nothing you still have fire pits to use...

Very well kept Lodge. The rooms were very clean and super cute with cozy feeling. The view from the room out to the lake was beautiful. Each room/unit has their own private porch.

Location. So beautiful and quiet. Room was excellent and the view was breathtaking. Will definitely go back. Check in was a breeze.

It was beautiful views.
The room needed to be updated and a good cleaning. At night the light from the front porch was shining right in our room it was very bright.

This place has a very relaxed feel in a beautiful location right at the lake. There‘s a small private beach that can be used and lots of other things to do around the pool: Tennis etc. We loved our stay!

Beautiful setting, large room with attractive, comfortable furnishings and picture, perfect views of Lake Michigan. Well-kept grounds, nice pool, loved the wooden swings and loungers overlooking the lake.
The doorway allowed light to leak in from the hallway, which was less than ideal for sleeping. But other than that, everything was wonderful.

Location is just beautiful with lake view and a lot of activities on the resort ground to keep family and friends entertained. Room was cute, clean and spacious, and surprisingly better than the online photos we saw which obviously made use happy :)

The view, the room, the price
Had to flush the toilet 5 times to get the poop down. The lack of food. Would be nice to have a food truck every night

This is a small campground with several single family cabins and multi-unit buildings clustered around a compact central area. Located in a somewhat remote, wooded area along the shoreline, the setting is calm and rustic. The sunset views over the lake are splendid and a pool is available for use. My particular unit was one of the smallest and did not come with a television but was extremely clean and cozy. As a campground, food is not provided at all but visitors are encouraged to bring their own for cook-outs or they can visit a small convenience store located just beside the campground entrance.
I was somewhat surprised by the close quarters and lack of privacy. I had noisy, snoring neighbors just beside me and another guest in a unit above me on the second floor. As a family friendly campground there were many children running around, playing throughout the evening. My unit was mere footsteps away from their cabin and finding a quiet space would have been a challenge. I was also surprised not to have had a television, which I assumed to be standard. Maybe the larger units at the property come better equipped and are more private?

Great location in a beautiful area. We cam in late afternoon and just picked up our keys.
Location and space.
The thin walls. We had screming kids at night and a lot of activity above us. So needed to know more before I booked about location. Nexytime will know!

I wasn’t aware that breakfast was available or that there were other services.
It would have been better to know more about available services.

The view from our bed overlooking Lake Michigan was spectacular! Very nice updates in the room. Small refrigerator and coffee maker was nice to have in the room. Along with dining table. Would love to stay again.
There is no cable available, so the rooms do not have tvs. A cleaning person told us tvs with DVD players and movies were available upon request. I did not see any mention of this on website or in room information. Not a big deal, but would be good to mention.

The room was super clean and the check-in was easy. The deck overlooking the lake was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water.
The walls were very thin and we could hear everything next door and above us to the point where it interfered with our sleep.
The wifi was unreliable.
